What a cool hostel!

Tucked behind the cafe, this hostel has a massive common area, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor area. The staff was friendly and the hostel was cleaned daily. The rooms were also not half bad.

The location of the hostel, while it could be better, is good. It’s close enough to the center, red light district, and central station to reach within fifteen minutes by foot, but far enough away to be safe and quiet. Overall I would stay here again!

Disliked - I would stay here again if I had the money! Not unique to this hostel are the insane prices for accommodations in Amsterdam. Aside from that, nothing much I didn’t like. Maybe add curtains to the beds and have under bed lockers.

I’m a wheelchair user, I booked from clinc mama for two nights in February, because of a medical reason, i kindly ask to change my schedule , and happy to pay any difference, but my reply back was, NO🤔 thank you anyway

It's a pretty nice and good Hostel. Friendly stuff, comfortable rooms n bed, clean shower etc.. Outside area and so on. A bit Outside of the centre and silence at night. Different promotions every day. Room with river view. Alllll good.

This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed! The room is clean and quiet. The toilet is clean with cleaning supplies. The kitchen has everything you need even free food boxes for food exchange and cutting down on food waste. They even have a second-hand swapping space for you🥰It is close to public transportation and everything is in walking distance.

I truly appreciate everything about ClinkMama! I think ClinkMama is a hidden gem, a true treasure in a sea of hospitality and available stays. The attention to detail everywhere from the coffee shop, to the amazing staff, the lounge and the rooms make you feel some way of community, sharing, and being apart of something ecological. I booked the king size bed, and it was perfect, with it's own bathroom. It was ideal for my stay. The location was perfect too! 10/10 for ClinkMama

The hotel was fine.
I didn't like the room very much; the door is very noisy and disturbs your sleep. There are no power outlets in the bed, and the top bunk has a large gap on the side by the wall, so your belongings (or you) could fall out.
The location was good! The cleanliness was also good.
I waited every day for the activities, but none were held.
Another thing, I would recommend adding more light, as the current lighting makes the atmosphere a little sad.

Positives:
*The hostel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the subway and several city attractions.
*Very welcoming staff. *Clean rooms and bedding.
*Although there is no breakfast, there is a stove and refrigerator.

Cons:
*The locker has no lock and no security. In other words, you need your own lock. Furthermore, the locker doesn't fit a carry-on bag. These are essential features, in my opinion, to ensure our belongings are secure. It makes no sense to pay for a hostel and have to leave our luggage under the bed because it doesn't fit in the locker. There is enough space in the rooms to provide adequate and secure lockers for travelers. This aspect urgently needs to be addressed. I've traveled to several hostels in Europe and have never seen a lack of secure storage.
