Had the best 3 nights here with my partner. From arrival the service was amazing. Concierge desk, especially Claire, made our visit very pleasant. She helped us book restaurants and told us key information about the area

This hotel boasts a great location, beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and absolutely top-notch service! The only slight drawback is that my child can only swim in the mornings, but the hotel receptionist kindly accommodated this! Every staff member knows your last name and needs, and is always ready to offer timely assistance and feedback

the room and everything is perfect. the location was okay there’s a big mall downstairs and i feel like the area is safe. but if you are travelling in amsterdam its not very near the city centre

Bedding is extremely comfortable to my like. If there’s one thing that I can suggest is, it would be appreciated if the TV is able to support chromecast/Apple TV for streaming contents from your own devices

It’s really nice that there is a small kitchen in the room. There’s a supermarket locating at the shopping mall nearby. You can easily prepare dishes at the room. The staff is very helpful and nice

Hotel is good, but hygiene is not up to the hotel level! Pros: - nice aminities - good location - inside a mall for shopping - surrounded by restaurants - nice staff and welcoming Cons: - water tab and some spots wasn't cleaned well - room was separated by a removable partition, so whatever my neighbour is doing I hear it, so no privacy, and no relaxation - a spot on the blanket was smelling like...

The breakfast was included in the booking which is really nice! The staff in the reception and restaurant were also hospitable. You can also prepare your meals in the kitchen.

It is located in a business district, there are office buildings around, but there are also many restaurants and a supermarket within 10mins walk. The area is very safe even late at night, not too busy, not too quiet

Taking metro or tram near the hotel, can bring you to most of the tourist attractions in just 15-20mins. I don’t prefer staying in hotels near the central station, where everywhere is busy and filled with tourists

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a couple, making it a pleasant and convenient place to stay

It is just 5 mins walk from Amsterdam Zuid station, which is just 1 stop from the airport by train. If you come from central station, take the M52 metro to go to Zuid station and it’s only 5 stops

Walking two or three hundred meters from the hotel to the South Station (Zuid), it is easy to get to the city center, the airport, and the surrounding cities

Friendly staff welcomed us even though we checked in late at night, which made the experience feel smooth and comfortable

If you are planning to visit the city, I'd highly recommend to stay more closer to the city center because after late night, you'll have to get an expensive Taxi to come back. No late night tram stops nearby

Literally the perfect location, not in a super touristy spot so it’s quieter, but only 1 minute walk to the metro so you can literally get anywhere. Would literally live here if I could!! Go stay!!!

We got there and we were upgraded to one of their special rooms. We had a beautiful look at the city and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a special design from an artist

There was a glass partition between the bed and the shower, with newspaper plastered on the glass. There was also a structural pillar in the room, exposing raw concrete, which made that area look like an unfinished shell

I love hotels that have such character! This place is so cool, I literally would live here if I could afford it. Room was super nice, as well as the bathroom. Shampoo, body wash and hand wash was provided with is great

What an amazing stay! ! I used one of my complimentary nights from my Hilton Diamond status because I came into Amsterdam a day early and omg I love this hotel! As soon as my cab stopped in front, a man immediately came down the stairs to help me with my bag and escort me to the check in area

They have a door to the garden which I’m assuming is beautiful in summer but I was here in February so it was freezing! When I checked out it was with Lisa again and she was great as usual and the guys helped me with my bags again when my uber came

This hotel is surprisingly different outside and inside. During the day the building has a greyish look but at night time this all changes into a beautiful lighted marker on the end of the Danzigerkade in Houthavens

Great location in the heart of Amsterdam next to the 9 streets. Good shopping area and near everything. If you want your room serviced and cleaned you will need to tell reception to do it, otherwise they won’t.

We requested twice and had to call for towels

We will forever be indebted to them for that extra effort. Aside from that, the gym is well-equipped but has a low-medium amount of foot traffic. The room is also comfortable with a heating system that works well

Located 10min walk from Ams central station and at the centre of the old town, it’s convenient to get to lots of the touristy spots like the dam plaza, red light district and commuting is easy

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal just outside the city and it was no more than 15 minutes into the city via bus. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel

I booked this hotel because of the great location and because it has a gym and wanted to workout durnig my stay, but there were almost no dumbbells and nothing really in general at the gym

I really appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby, which was free to refill. I drove, but I was also able to park in the underground car park. This was really appreciated in Amsterdam, where parking is scarce

Great location! The only downside is that there are stairs in the room, so you have to carry your luggage up. Other than that, everything was fine.

Walk from the Amsterdam central station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I had trouble with was the stairs. Stairs are everywhere to carry suitcases

However, because it's in old buildings, our room felt a bit dated and had a few minor flaws. It was noisy in the evenings and at night due to being in the city center, especially with a factory nearby

No need to buy a ticket: tap any bank card once you get on the tram, make sure you also tap when you get off. In the local terminology you "check in" and "check out"

Parking was the main frustration: the hotel parking showed as out of order and suggested public garages, which were full, and only later we were told the hotel was sharing a garage in the building opposite

Their parking garage is small and they charge 35 euros and is not even for 24 hours we had to take the car out at 1500 or 3 pm They had breakfast for free and that is amazing but the amount of inconvenience

I mostly noted how quiet is was inside the room: no road noise. Amsterdam is very busy, but seems to be quite aware of noise-mitigation to improve quality of life. The nearby trams 26 and 7 will get you around the city

There wasn't a mini fridge but there was a storm glass window paneling between the outside windows and there was enough room to keep bottled water or juices or even a few cans of soda cold

My group had trouble casting to the tv with there tablets. My device worked most of the time once i figured out my tablet had a different casting method. The bed and pillows were to my liking

The first day we came in really early would have been nice to swap for free early check in since wasn't using late check out. Other person in group paid 50 dollar fee for his room

I also had a One key Credit card which gave me a vip perk received a bottle of champagne also offered late check at no charge but had a early flight last day

The magnetic keys for one of my friends i traveled with hers keep on locking her out must have happened 10 times for her and 4 times

The hotel should put a label on the trim because the hot water was really hot and if there was a label would have noticed faster
