The location in the center of Haarlem is perfect; everything is within walking distance.
The room on the second floor at the front of the hotel was very dated!! Old furniture, poorly maintained, small bathroom; the shower door couldn't open completely because the sink was in the way.
There were two single beds, but the floor was sloped. I was with my girlfriend, and when we pushed the beds together, there was a height difference of over 5cm.
No breakfast (on Sunday).
There was a kettle in the room, but no coffee/tea or even cups!
No mini-fridge.
The price did not match what you would expect from a hotel.
Definitely not recommended!

The area was gorgeous with huge old church across from it. Right on the main plaza with old architecture buildings. Lots of nearby restaurants and short train ride to Amsterdam central.

Room 16: The bathroom door wouldn't close, the door alarm kept going off, and the bathroom had a strong urine smell... unfortunately, we won't be staying here again.

The staff were so lovely I arrived at 12 noon to be told check in is at 4 but I had flown in for my friends funeral and they were really lively and let me into my room early

We had burgers for dinner in this restaurant.
Location:
It is a relatively dirty restaurant.
For example was no mirror clean and the tables sticky.
Food:
The meat from the burgers tasted like the worst meat you can buy in the supermarket.
The burgers were maid with so less love.
They looked sad and tasted worse.
If they had a movie name it would be "Alone in the dark".
No love in the food.
Avoid to eat here.
Don't waist your money.
