Amazing experience, very student friendly facilities and prices. Only problem was an error when trying to pay city tax, however everything became fine as they refunded the amount I paid extra for.

Everytime I stay this hotel when I come rotterdam. So close from the station.

Good and helpful reception even though it took a bit longer for checking-in. 

No solo light and electric socket for each bed. Also, no curtains for privacy for each bed. The location is good, only 10 minutes to the central station and 20 minutes to the city centre. You can store your luggage there for free. The breakfast is not so great, so it is not really necessary to add.

It was nice that the superior double has a bathtub and a small fridge, though they were not listed or visible on booking page. I liked everything about the hotel except the design of the shower. The shower water would get everywhere since there wasn’t a good stoppage system. But the location is great and the bedroom itself is nice.

The price I paid for my stay was also a fair bit less than competing hotels were charging for the same dates. The room was clean, the double bed was quite comfortable, and it was very quiet thanks to the two windows, which provided good soundproofing. You need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. The breakfast was passable. It's suitable for business travelers as you can work at your desk in the morning and enjoy the view.

The Hotel Bastion is a good place to stay. Clean and neat. Not many place to visit close by. 20 minute ride to good restaurants in Rotterdam Centrum.

The location is super convenient! It's a pet-friendly hotel, which is great. It's a shame there's no parking, though. The room itself was a decent size, but the heating was incredibly weak, and I was cold all night. They do provide water on the first floor.

We stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating. On the first night, the heating in our room (112) was not working and we were very cold. Since no technicians were available at night, the reception could not offer a solution, and the problem was fixed the next morning...

Very good location near to Metro n other public transport . Just opposite the hotel there is Jumbo supermarket where u can get your snacks n necessary item , breakfast bread items n etc . There is a lovely canal outside of the hotel . Within walking distance landmarks Markthal

A little walk from Rotterdam Blaak Station. The location is pretty near to the attraction in Rotterdam. Overall still ok, it would be better if they can provide some water of electric kettle to customer.

The cleanliness of the open areas was poor. Cleaning staff in morning close to rude well before check out time. Check out was grumpy when we asked for luggage storage. Only upside was the woman serving in the sports bar who was amazing.

You book a room at the new Fletcher Hotel Rotterdam AirPort. But is then sent to the other side (other hotel from Fletcher). Room was dirty, didn't seem cleaned. Someone was supposed to come to the room, but he never came again.

Top location, extensive breakfast choice. No refrigerator in the room. Paid parking, but you can drive in and out without restrictions.

Normally, I’m quite forgiving when it comes to the cheapest hostel in town, but this one had some issues with cleanliness and with how the staff handled issues. Although they were clearly trying their best, they didn’t seem able to get the situation under control.

Suggest to visit only if you want to feel the life as a homeless or poor. Facilities and location itself may not be the real problem, but the people living there and around the hostel may be.

The bed was uncomfortable and too hard, and the lighting wasn't bright enough. Hygiene was okay, but there were no coffee amenities. The location is quite central, and the service was decent. Most facilities were available, so it's basically passable.

The hostel is conveniently located near public transport and the bustling city center, just a 10-minute walk from the central station. I booked a bit late, so I could only get a bed in a shared dorm, but everyone was very friendly.

I booked a single room for myself. I arrived early so gave them my luggage to put in their storage room, to my bad luck it was stored on the top shelf, with sharp edges (there is a padding usually, but on this specific shelf they put my bag on it was not there! so the sharp edge pierced through my suitcase and create a nice hole in it! Two stops by metro to/from Central station. Big S/M nearby (behind). The room was small. Had a fridge and coffee machine though. Breakfast options were plentiful and very good, the bar service was friendly and very good, our corner room with large windows and balcony provided excellent views of the river, bridge and passing boat. The layout with sitting area and desk was very useful. Option to use stairs was appreciated. The kind and friendly staff made our visit to this interesting city a pleasure.

This is a great choice if you need something centrally located to public transport and not too expensive. The room is comfortable though basic, and the service is good. Not fancy, but excellent at what it does. The free laundry was a very nice convenience!

It's great experience as place mix hotel, permanent room renting, co-working spaces, leasure areas and get together spaces like gym, ping-pong, projector (saw Spanish La Liga match there!) etc. Hotel rooms are spacious, very comfortable. One small minus is the quite tricky variable light intensity control. Breakfast in the bar is nice and tasty. All is topped with very friendly staff.

Excellent location! Very central to whatever you might need, including public transit. Rooms were relatively small but had room for whatever you might need. Very friendly staff.

Walking from the hostel to the square Great location within 1 minute 😀 At night, the surrounding area was quiet and I was able to rest comfortably. The living room is not large and closes at night, but it doesn't bother me because the plaza is like a living room.

The location of the hotel is great. Everything else is very satisfactory. The only thing is that the air conditioning seems to be a little weak.

It's just a regular motel; the rooms are quite old, but they're cleaned daily and the cleaning is pretty good. I'd recommend it for those on a budget. If your budget allows, I'd recommend a proper hotel (over 100 euros).

I was prepared to accept the price without much expectation of quality. Free parking and breakfast were included. The small room was perfectly acceptable for a short business trip, but the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable... The bathroom had a strong urine smell... So I promptly cancelled the stay.

Basic clean room. Service is excellent. The property has no lift and the room is lack of sockets to plug in multiple devices. The position of those sockets is not good either which is all on one side near the window. No socket is near the bedside.

Such a good hotel, affordable, 1km from Alexander Rotterdam. Was too tired and asked for early check in and they gave us at 12:40 with no charges.

The hotel was strategically located in the food district, and nearby supermarkets provided guests with access to necessities. The hotel staff were super, they made sure I was comfortable. One of the staff even gave me a map and gave recommendations on where to go and where to eat.

The overall feeling is pretty good, the room is not small, three pieces of luggage can be spread out, it is two stops away from Rotterdam Central Station, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it is convenient to travel, whether it is going to Cube House, The Hague or Kinderdijk.

Great location. Walkable from central train station if you don't mind walking a bit. I felt safe at night walking the relatively busy streets. The last little bit is quieter, which is perfect because it makes it very quiet to sleep at this hotel. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but not great. Great little hotel round the corner from the train station. The rooms were basic and compact but really well designed and had everything you need. No tv or kettle in room but hot water and lemon water provided plus good free WiFi from streaming. The staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place for a budget friendly stay in Rotterdam.

Claustrophobic room, windows facing the internal resting area made it feel like sleeping in a box. Would only recommend if there were no other options nearby the station.

Just a heads-up: if you have heavy luggage, there are some small stairs to navigate. I'm deducting a point for the lack of slippers and a hairdryer. Otherwise, the location is great, close to the station, the staff were lovely, and the room was spacious and good!

Well located for easy walking distance in and around city centre. Room was clean spacious and well stocked, well insulated as the room was surprisingly quiet given its location. Staff were friendly, helpful and genuine.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel. We were not able to sleep due to the air being absolutely stale and hot in the room. If you opened the window, the street was super loud, in fact even with the windows closed it was noisy.
