The people working there were super nice and helpful! The room was super cosy and the bed veryyyyy comfortable. The shower was amaaaaaazing!!! The breakfast at Baker&Moore was delicious and very complete, it was a nice start for a day of work :-)

The temperature in the room was too hot and I was not able to low it down. Luckily, someone from the hotel turned it off and open the window while I was away to cool it down, which was super nice. I slept like a baby when I cam back!!

It was nice that the superior double has a bathtub and a small fridge, though they were not listed or visible on booking page. The ground floor has a coffee corner where you find a coffee machine, a common fridge, cutlery and plates, a microwave, and the automated check in and out machine. We liked a big table in our room too.
After we already left the room, we received a message that there is no fridge in our room so maybe not all the superior double room has a fridge...?
It's only very shortly before the check-in that you received all the information for check-in and about the parking (Limited hotel parking (€20/night). Nearby paid garages are 5 minutes away, or use free P+R Kralingse Zoom with a short metro ride to the hotel.) but it's usually after travellers arranged everything so we thought it would have been handier if such information is shared way more in advance.

All in all we like the hotel but could not give five stars because the essential thing - towels smelled bad. Maybe better to bring your own towels.

I liked everything about the hotel except the design of the shower. The shower water would get everywhere since there wasn’t a good stoppage system. But the location is great and the bedroom itself is nice.

Worst check in ever: says you should go to Emma hotel first to get a card, spent literal hour trying to contact Emma stuff to no avail, as roaming calls for some god damn reason wouldn't work, resorted to asking people on street to call for us. Turned out, we were "at the wrong hotel", and we need to go straight to Unplugged, and we can open all the doors from their web dashboard.
Not in the best mood we spent another grueling minutes in a search of WiFi password, and of course they show it exclusively on hotel branded TV welcome screen, however a) TV was turned off b) we had to find this screen ourselves in TV menu. But sure, I'd rather have manual for connecting to Bluetooth speakers on the wall

The hotel give a very good service and very comfortable. We're able to wait in the hotel before we go and depart to the train station. It's very helpful on winter season when it's quite cold outside.

Very good location. The hotel is in the city center. Lots of noise in the night. To access the hotel room, you must go to the Emma hotel to collect the card.
