Where to stay with pets in Rotterdam

Stayed here for 4 days and I couldn't find the words to describe my stay! The staff are such lovely people and go out their way to help you, I was violently sick during my stay and felt very embarrassed but the staff handled it all so well and made me feel better about the situation

Amazing experience, very student friendly facilities and prices. Only problem was an error when trying to pay city tax, however everything became fine as they refunded the amount I paid extra for.

I would 100% come back to stay again as well as reccomend it to anyone to stay at, student or not! Thank you so much for being such great staff!

The room was a great size and the bed was so comfortable I continously felt myself having naps during the day

Amazing stuff , friendly and everything seems practical. Laundry service seemed a little tricky but works

A beautiful new modern designed hotel with if you are lucky a great view and truly delicious breakfast!! Location is perfect next to tram, metro and not far from the highway.

The hotel room was very clean and conveniently located near the metro station. Foodhallen and a supermarket are also nearby, as are Felix Museum, Fang Jing Wu, and Markthal.

Enjoyed our stay in the Hotel, was in Rotterdam for the football match and the hotel was in a perfect location right next to a train station.. rooms were ideal

I booked this stay for my parents, they really enjoyed their stay. They loved the location of the hotel, because they could take the tram or metro to visit us and go the Zuidplein or the city. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Great hotel and location was even upgraded to suite , staff were very pleasant and gave great advice when asked , would highly recommend

The location of the hotel is amazing, very close to Ahoy congress centre. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms

With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal

Location was ideal and had some great views of the surrounding area. Room was spacious as well as comfortable! This was way above my expectation

Loved staying here over Christmas. Stayed on the 7th floor and the view was amazing. The staff were all really polite and helpful, special shout out to Cher (I hope that's the correct spelling) who checked us in.

You can relax in the beautiful rooms or go upstairs to their pool "spa" for a quick dip. The rooms were clean and the help was nice. My husband and I were there for a couple days and only left the hotel once

We had the best dining experience thanks to Florencia! She gave amazing wine and dessert recommendations, was super attentive, sweet, and made us feel truly taken care of

Her service was outstanding and made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommend dining here with her — she is simply the best!

The room without the curtain to cause all the water spill out to the floor after shower.

It's conveniently located near Rotterdam Central Station, making it easy to get anywhere. I'd consider booking this hotel again in the future

The location is very convenient, the view is nice, and it's clean. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom is too low.

It was our anniversary and the room had been decorated with rose petals on the floor and the bed. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, high floor room with great views

My husband experienced this, and we immediately went to the front desk to explain and request a cancellation. They initially said there was no charge, but this morning at checkout, the bill still included it

Very quiet location with a great view of the Rotterdam skyline. (Just turn left when you get off the ship) It's something special.

Great location, especially if you’re driving — very convenient with nearby parking. I pre-booked parking through Interparking, which turned out to be much more cost-effective than on-site options

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Very close to centraal train station and with lots of lovely bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep as well as a supermarket just around the corner

Love the hotel and location is nearby the rotterdam central station. The room is a decent space where you can easily place your big luggages😀

Our room was assigned on the other side so we didn't hear any noise. Another side note is that the deposit is 50 euros by card payment, the indication of 100 euro on booking confirmation is applicable to cash payment

Location: relatively convenient, less than 10min walk from the central train station, still manageable for us while carrying 2 heavy large suitcases. But if we had more to bring, we might need a taxi

The location is great. But if you are a light sleeper you won’t be enjoyed that much. The building itself is quite old, I guess there is not too much to do to reduce the noise from the streets.

The hotel is just one metro stop from Rotterdam, but it's also a short walk, less than a kilometer. The pedestrian street is nearby, and the Markthal (Market Hall) is also less than a kilometer away on foot

Nice hotel, 2 minutes walk to Blijdorp Zoo main reason for booking here. The shower tap is difficult to adjust into right temp. Room is sound proof w/c I loved

Unfortunately for me the pace in which the staff run around the bar even when not busy shows a lack of experience and ruins a relaxed environment. The young bar manager seems to have his staff on edge

During my last stay the toilet in my bathroom was in a disgusting state - covered with dried up urine stains and excrement leftovers. The water cups were obviously dirty with leftover toothpaste

And upon my arrival, check in went quite well. The "hygienic displeasures" started when I arrived to my room. My first room was on the 3rd floor and when I arrived I decided to charge my phone, and look around the room

So besides a bed full of hairs, they supply dirty glasses to guests too) When I got down I politely asked one of the reception staff to look at the video and if they could help me change to a clean room

She apologized again, asked me to have a seat downstairs at the bar and offered me a drink whilst I waited for her to change my room again. The 3rd room she changed me to, she personally checked

To my second- unpleasant surprise: this bedding had the same issue, besides some wear- and tear issues too. I went down to reception again and asked if she could follow me up

I decided open the bedsheets and to my unpleasant surprise, found even more. I contemplated in that moment what to do, decided to take a video and walk down to reception

(Before walking down I decided to check the bathroom and noticed red lipstick on my bathroom glass and a very intense urine smell

Location was great, staff were accommodating unfortunately the blinds were not working when trying to close it but doesn’t take away from the excellent experience we had.

Hotel’s location is superb, within walking distance of the river bank and popular shopping avenues

The seating area in level 1 cloth seats needs cleaning customers hair left. Great location and friendly staff and good quality building. Good quality is not great and breakfast choices are very limited

The room is small because it is Europe, but designed in the way that everything fits well and you don’t feel crowded or inconvenient. Smart technology allows you to control everything from an iPad

Nice service and pleasant people

The location is a bit remote, just next to IKEA, which is inconvenient if you don't have a car. However, the hotel decoration is OK, the room is spacious, and the front desk service is also OK.

We received excellent service at the hotel reception, and the rooms were nice and clean. The location was convenient, right next to the highway and close to Delft city center (by car)

Staff are attentive, and the hotel's interior is sophisticated and bright. Love the interior additions of the Delft Blue glassware and Ikea

For us, it was just an overnight stay. It was an ideal base for traveling by train from Delft Campus to Rotterdam (free parking at the park-and-ride) for the Rotterdam Marathon

I very useful serve yourself food court in the hotel allows you to access food and drinks 24 hours. The rooms we large, comfortable and well furnished. Overall a great trip, great value and would visit again

If you want to have a great stay right in the centre of Rotterdam where they have acces to park your car don’t look any further. I had the pleasure of spending my birthday here and I don’t regret it for a second

It is located in the heart of a shopping street. The downside is that the breakfast area is located some distance from the hotel, but it is within the same building

The price I paid for my stay was also a fair bit less than competing hotels were charging for the same dates. The location is a little out of the way if you aren't driving though so bear that in mind

Good hotel The hotel was clean and served the purpose. Food was good. Location was further from the Ahoy, however the staff were amazing.

We stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating

A little walk from Rotterdam Blaak Station. The location is pretty near to the attraction in Rotterdam. Overall still ok, it would be better if they can provide some water of electric kettle to customer.

The hotel is located in a remote area, there is no kettle in the room, and the hair dryer is so poor that it can't dry your hair at all.
