One point on the cleanliness: was a bit dusty underneath the bathroom faucet/towel rack floor area

We were greeted by the head chef who did our dishes well. The only thing that did not go so well is the elevator maintenance. Of the two elevators one was under maintenance so the waiting time was quite long

Great location, especially if you’re driving — very convenient with nearby parking. I pre-booked parking through Interparking, which turned out to be much more cost-effective than on-site options

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Very close to centraal train station and with lots of lovely bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep as well as a supermarket just around the corner

The receptionist offered to upgrade us to executive room with breakfast and the room was immediately ready for our early check-in. The breakfast experience was very good

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was amazing, large and spacious, very comfortable bed and lovely shower

Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms

I booked this stay for my parents, they really enjoyed their stay. They loved the location of the hotel, because they could take the tram or metro to visit us and go the Zuidplein or the city. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal

Enjoyed our stay in the Hotel, was in Rotterdam for the football match and the hotel was in a perfect location right next to a train station.. rooms were ideal

Great hotel and location was even upgraded to suite , staff were very pleasant and gave great advice when asked , would highly recommend

Loved staying here over Christmas. Stayed on the 7th floor and the view was amazing. The staff were all really polite and helpful, special shout out to Cher (I hope that's the correct spelling) who checked us in.

You can relax in the beautiful rooms or go upstairs to their pool "spa" for a quick dip. The rooms were clean and the help was nice. My husband and I were there for a couple days and only left the hotel once

We had the best dining experience thanks to Florencia! She gave amazing wine and dessert recommendations, was super attentive, sweet, and made us feel truly taken care of

Location was ideal and had some great views of the surrounding area. Room was spacious as well as comfortable! This was way above my expectation

The room without the curtain to cause all the water spill out to the floor after shower.

The breakfast offers a good variety, and you can even order à la carte, plus the service is decent. However, a major pitfall is the Wi-Fi – if you're not careful when connecting, you can easily select a paid option

My husband experienced this, and we immediately went to the front desk to explain and request a cancellation. They initially said there was no charge, but this morning at checkout, the bill still included it

Furthermore, we called for two pairs of slippers and had to call multiple times over two hours before they were finally delivered

During the stay, it is strong wind outside and all the windows are shaking creating noise all night … only recommend to stay if weather is good or you need to be next to station

However does not meet normal Marriott standards. Feels like a cheap two star hotels. The bed is ok but infrastructure is old

Breakfast is relatively poor for this kind of 5 star rating hotel

It is the best hygiene level in recent hotel stays - bed is comfortable and towels are good

It was a nice experience to stay overnight in a cruise ship. The location is very calm and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had good varieties

Very quiet location with a great view of the Rotterdam skyline. (Just turn left when you get off the ship) It's something special.

There is a parking area in front of the ship where you can park for 15€/day

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre

I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it

You don't find a conventional reception as in other hotels (But still located directly next to the entrance door). The staff is very Helpful and Friendly

Big big issue is that you can’t reach this hotel by car. There is no proper drop-off zone near the entrance

Because I read reviews of this hotel before, my expectations were not very high. After entering the hotel, I felt it was about the same as I expected, so I was not disappointed

Pretty clean room, although easy to hear people in the next door room. No shower curtain or glass to stop water getting all over the bathroom, which was strange

The location is super convenient! It's a pet-friendly hotel, which is great. It's a shame there's no parking, though. The room itself was a decent size, but the heating was incredibly weak, and I was cold all night

They do provide water on the first floor

On the first night, the heating in our room (112) was not working and we were very cold. Since no technicians were available at night, the reception could not offer a solution, and the problem was fixed the next morning

The staff were unable to fix it, so we had to change rooms late at night and move all our belongings to a new room. The new room worked fine, but the experience was quite inconvenient

We stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating

However, on the third night the heating broke down again and started blowing cold air, this time only in our room

When visiting I was very gobsmacked of how clean and well presented this place was. I was without a doubt impressed and amazed at the same time! Truly an amazing place and experience

They all carry genuine smile and always offer help. Breakfast is simple, but still good enough to start a day. Room making can be improved, sometimes used towel is left on the desk, tissue paper not refilled and etc

Hotel very clean, the room was spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful, the bedroom was a very good size and the bed was enormous and very comfortable, located just a 5 minute drive from Delft

The Asian ladies behind the counter of Reception were so friendly and welcoming! I would be coming here for sure again!

Located in the heart of Rotterdam. Easy access to the central railway station. Plenty of eateries and C-store nearby. Tere is a shopping district within walking distance. Most definitely my first choice for my next trip

I’m used to Japanese standards of amenities, so it felt a bit lacking — especially the simple, cheap white indoor slippers 😅 Lesson learned: bring my own next time, haha

Well, the room I booked was a bit small, so we asked for an upgrade and settled everything at the counter

The only problem is very bad soundproof and lightproof on rooms, you can hear everything of other rooms and the blackout curtains don’t really blackout. Otherwise it’s ok, very very well located

It's just a regular motel; the rooms are quite old, but they're cleaned daily and the cleaning is pretty good. I'd recommend it for those on a budget. If your budget allows, I'd recommend a proper hotel (over 100 euros).

The small room was perfectly acceptable for a short business trip, but the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The bathroom had a strong urine smell. So I promptly cancelled the stay

Such a good hotel, affordable, 1km from Alexander Rotterdam. Was too tired and asked for early check in and they gave us at 12:40 with no charges.

One thing could be bettet: there is one hook to hang your clothes and towels in the bathroom, could be at least couple of them. All in all i would recommend it for staying

The hotel was strategically located in the food district, and nearby supermarkets provided guests with access to necessities. The hotel staff were super, they made sure I was comfortable

The staff is genuinely kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is delicious! We came by car and could park it in a garage box across the street (15€ per day). Absolutely loved our stay there!

Was an easy spot to get around locally. The area looks a little shaddy, but i had no issues, people were very friendly.

Then I broke my ankle, and the staff, the owner in particular, rallied around me to take amazing care of me while I waited to be repatriated. They fed me - the breakfast buffet is well stocked and the coffee good

I stayed at the hotel with my daughters. We had a great time walking around Delft. It was very centrally located. It was very clean. And the staff was very friendly. Also great breakfast.

Nice place in the centre of the city

Room 317 is very clean and spacious. The box spring/mattress on the right bed makes a lot of noise when you move. Coffee machine in the room and a bar to keep your drinks cool

The staff is very very very nice and helpful the hotel rooms look good and it's really close to the centrum and public transport. The hotel is very home-y it's lovely. Go here for a hidden gem experience

Also, you'll need to climb some fairly steep stairs to the third floor, so be careful if you're carrying heavy luggage. The stairs are quite strenuous, even for men
