The room was great (very spacious and had all the amenities we needed) but we could only check in around 5pm as the room wasn’t ready. That said, the staff were very helpful and friendly and offered us complimentary drinks for the delay. The location was great as well - within walking distance of most of the attractions in the central area!

We were visiting family in early January, weather was really poor with lots of snow. The hotel was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our only issue was that despite the poor weather the weekly breakfast hours were maintained. It was difficult to get out and about with the ice. and snow. Having said that the staff were exceptionally helpful

Nothing to complain about, expect beds, could be better. After 3 night my back hurt a but. perfect location, very helpful staff, the room looked as pictures. And they had sho horn, verry nice! Breakfast superb!

Very nice hotel, extremly clean

It's far from the city, so you can only drive by yourself. Parking is available in front of the hotel, and everyone skips the parking fee.

The hotel is very nice. Rich breakfast. The room is big. Toilets and showers are separate.

Room is not big but with high ceiling, I don't feel it too small. Mini bar in room offer free coffee capsule x 6pcs!! I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. It will be better if the shower bracket can be adjusted. But already feeling satisfied with the steaming hot water + good water pressure...

Pretty Basic hotel room for a price of 180€/night. The pictures online look better than in reality.

The room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right above the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing. Important for me - desk / work place...

However, due to an error in the Radisson Hotels app and delayed responses from customer service, I had to make my initial 2-night reservation through another agency. Great location, but around it feels a bit unsafe at night with lots of shady businesses.. the rooms were great but I slipped because there is nothing covering the shower floor whst makes it extreme slippery. The people in the hotel were verys kind. Breakfast is 21 euro per person.

Modern stylish hotel but very near train tracks, even from a high floor you can hear the rolling train and metal track noise which makes it hard to sleep... The hotel could provide ear plugs to every guest, and also water bottles on arrival (room had no bottled water)

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is attentive and ready to answer any questions. Everything in the rooms is well thought out; I had a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies.

I've stayed at this hotel three times now. Perhaps due to renovations, this time the room was on the ground floor and was particularly small, unlike the pictures. Fortunately, the location is convenient and the breakfast is plentiful.

Chose this place in Utrecht due to the room size. Location's quite a walk away from the central train station, and room is away from the reception so not much service encountered. Main building of hotel was undergoing renovation works, but other than during check-in the works did not affect us. Room size was good, but the toilet was small. Basic ammenities provided.

The hotel's facilities and interior design were fine, but my stay was still extremely unpleasant! First, the hotel was under renovation, but there was no mention of it when I booked through Ctrip. I only received a message from the hotel a few days before my check-in, informing me that some room areas were under renovation, but by then it was too late to cancel! This hotel's location is quite good: about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station and next to a long street with shops (including food and Albert Heijn supermarket). The building itself is very charming and beautiful. While I was there, renovations were ongoing. This did not disturb me at all, except that the available signage to the reception was not sufficiently clear and there was no signage...

Good stay, clean, and within reasonable walking distance of Utrecht Central Station and the city center. Only at the beginning it was a bit chaotic with the room assignment. But we resolved it well afterwards. Parking is also easy right outside and reasonably affordable (€25 per day).

The hotel is super central in such a great location. Staff were lovely and very nice to us, giving us extra coffee and pillows as needed. All in all nice stay would stay again.

The room didn't have an air conditioning system which made it difficult to sleep throughout the night as it was quite warm. Also, when we opened the windows the noise from the outside (people partying or chatting) was too much. The locker wasn't in working condition which created problems in securing our valuables. Overall, it was not value for money

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station, next to the Queen's Store, other large shopping malls, shopping streets, and a few minutes walk from the central church and the city canal. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, the only drawback is that there are steps from the door to the front desk, which is not very friendly to tourists with large luggage.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. A very pleasant room. It was a shame that there was not a couple of comfortable chairs to sit on in the room because we stayed for 5 days and had to sit in the bed instead. Lots of great cafes nearby.

Small but personal hotel with great staff and service. A nice lounge to hang out in with free coffee. The hotel is perfectly located in city centre, 12 min walk to train station and restaurants, bars and shopping just outside the door.

Unique, hotel in Utrecht with well appointed spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. It’s an old building so expect some creaking floorboards etc and some steep stairs (very typical in The Netherlands). Quirky layout with separate shower and toilet cubicles. Little details like removing small areas of mould in grouting of shower and scuffs on stairwell walls could raise rating. Excellent...

We did not have any food included because we decided to eat out as everything is close by. It was very clean, big and a nice view over the city.

The hotel is in a great location near train station/shopping mall/supermarket. The indoor swimming pool (which is not too small) is another value added feature too.

The hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very basic, and the grout in the bathroom was dirty. The Dahlmann reception staff were extremely friendly to us. However, the spa area was also quite basic and very crowded, meaning we couldn't use the sauna, and there were 15 people in the small pool. All in all, it was just okay.

Great boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere and perfect location. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel clearly makes an effort to be environmentally friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I do need to mention one downside. After our stay, we received a WhatsApp message from a chatbot at 4:18 in the morning...

The hotel itself is superb, and in a fantastic location. Although it doesn’t serve food, breakfast is just round the corner at a lovely Italian restaurant, and the ladies on reception recommended a great restaurant for dinner.

What a location…. Amazing… I had a suite room overlooking the town square with bars and restaurants and yet no noise. Slept so well. If you want to be in the centre of everything this is your hotel. Amazing

Location is excellent, our room was on the top floor with a wonderful view over Utrecht. The bath is spacious enough for 2 persons.

This review is about the hotel; the restaurant was closed at the time because of corona. Doesn't get any better than this when it comes to location. Nice old building, but modern inside. Spacious, bright rooms. Very friendly staff, but because of corona staff was only available during check-in and check-out (morning and late afternoon) so services were a bit limited.

Simple is a great restaurants, we tried the 5 courses menu. All the dishes were incredible tasty and well prepared. Interesting use of different ingredients and presentations. The wine selection also is really good one, accordingly to the dishes that you will try. Because it was my birthday, they surprised me with an extra sweet treats. Fully recommended if you want to celebrate something special.
