The room was great (very spacious and had all the amenities we needed) but we could only check in around 5pm as the room wasn’t ready. That said, the staff were very helpful and friendly and offered us complimentary drinks for the delay. The location was great as well - within walking distance of most of the attractions in the central area!

We were visiting family in early January, weather was really poor with lots of snow. The hotel was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our only issue was that despite the poor weather the weekly breakfast hours were maintained. It was difficult to get out and about with the ice. and snow. Having said that the staff were exceptionally helpful

Nothing to complain about, expect beds, could be better. After 3 night my back hurt a but. perfect location, very helpful staff, the room looked as pictures. And they had sho horn, verry nice! Breakfast superb!

Very nice hotel, extremly clean

It's far from the city, so you can only drive by yourself. Parking is available in front of the hotel, and everyone skips the parking fee.

Room is not big but with high ceiling, I don't feel it too small. Mini bar in room offer free coffee capsule x 6pcs!! I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. It will be better if the shower bracket can be adjusted. But already feeling satisfied with the steaming hot water + good water pressure...

Pretty Basic hotel room for a price of 180€/night. The pictures online look better than in reality.

The room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right above the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

Easy to find and the service was good.

Trying so hard to be ubercool and in many ways it is. I liked a lot of the art and style. Breakfast was odd though. Random sugary cereals but hot breakfast only has one of - beans, mushrooms, sausages, bacon and rotate it per day. On the other hand vodka and tomato juice available to make a Bloody Mary?!?

The coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Cadius from front desk is very helpful and provide lot of advice for our family to travel in city. Everything is perfect in hotel.

Transportation is very convenient, buses and trains are just downstairs from the hotel. 20 minutes walk to Utrecht city center. The downside is that there is no closet.

Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). However, due to an error in the Radisson Hotels app and delayed responses from customer service, I had to make my initial 2-night reservation through another agency. Great location, but around it feels a bit unsafe at night with lots of shady businesses.. the rooms were great but I slipped because there is nothing covering the shower floor whst makes it extreme slippery. The people in the hotel were verys kind. Breakfast is 21 euro per person.

Modern stylish hotel but very near train tracks, even from a high floor you can hear the rolling train and metal track noise which makes it hard to sleep... The hotel could provide ear plugs to every guest, and also water bottles on arrival (room had no bottled water)

Did not end up staying at the hotel due to the walk in policy, but the night shift Achraf went above and beyond to help me out and find another accommodation to stay in. Eventually with his help I managed to find something, thank you so much Achraf for your proactive help!

We were on a budget trip to explore Utrecht and I honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay. Includes everything you need, close enough to everything, friendly and helpful staff and you even get free coffee. Cheap (in the best way) and reliable. An honourable mention to Eirini from housekeeping for being so lovely and helpful!!!!

In terms of hygiene, the shower wasn't clean (hair from previous guests). The location is excellent and easily accessible. The service is excellent, and even with bacteria (enterococci) in the water, they do offer bottled water. Breakfast was a bit behind schedule on Sundays, not quite prepared for peak times. The location is excellent and this was my second time at this hotel. The service has downgraded with 1 ply toilet rolls - you’re better off to buy your own. They don’t give a water bottle anymore, not even a complimentary one that you can refill later. It is only for select members apparently. You can’t expect basic toiletries from them in case you’ve forgotten - just the basic any hotel would do...

Stayed here lots of times mainly for location and for cost. Serving area though needs enlarged as there is always a Que at any time. This time my table was gone by the time I returned!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is attentive and ready to answer any questions. Everything in the rooms is well thought out; I had a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies.

I've stayed at this hotel three times now. Perhaps due to renovations, this time the room was on the ground floor and was particularly small, unlike the pictures. Fortunately, the location is convenient and the breakfast is plentiful.

Chose this place in Utrecht due to the room size. Location's quite a walk away from the central train station, and room is away from the reception so not much service encountered. Good stay, clean, and within reasonable walking distance of Utrecht Central Station and the city center. Only at the beginning it was a bit chaotic with the room assignment. But we resolved it well afterwards. Parking is also easy right outside and reasonably affordable (€25 per day).

The hotel is super central in such a great location. Staff were lovely and very nice to us, giving us extra coffee and pillows as needed. All in all nice stay would stay again.

The room didn't have an air conditioning system which made it difficult to sleep throughout the night as it was quite warm. Also, when we opened the windows the noise from the outside (people partying or chatting) was too much. The locker wasn't in working condition which created problems in securing our valuables. Overall, it was not value for money

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station, next to the Queen's Store, other large shopping malls, shopping streets, and a few minutes walk from the central church and the city canal. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, the only drawback is that there are steps from the door to the front desk, which is not very friendly to tourists with large luggage.

Simple hotel for a night, located near the highway. Room felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel offered an overall satisfactory stay. Breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable selection. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may be inconvenient without transport. The room was fine and met basic expectations. Staff were polite and adequate. A plus point is the availability of a car park, which is convenient for guests with cars.

Standard Holiday Inn experience that you come to expect the check-in staff were very friendly and I found that this room was particularly clean compared to previous holiday inns I’ve stayed at the staff were very helpful when I asked for recommendations in the local area 

All good. We extended our stay here, as location wise, very communal with our car.

We did not have any food included because we decided to eat out as everything is close by. It was very clean, big and a nice view over the city.

The hotel is in a great location near train station/shopping mall/supermarket. The indoor swimming pool (which is not too small) is another value added feature too.

The hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very basic, and the grout in the bathroom was dirty. The Dahlmann reception staff were extremely friendly to us. However, the spa area was also quite basic and very crowded, meaning we couldn't use the sauna, and there were 15 people in the small pool. All in all, it was just okay.

Easily one of the best hostels I have stayed in the Netherlands! It's super close to Catherijine mall and the train station, with the old city just a few minute walk away. The staff is really nice and friendly, they even helped me to keep my luggage for free for a few hours. I happened to be in the Netherlands during heavy snowfall, so all transportation basically shut down. I couldn't get to Amsterdam as planned and had to stay here for a night. The room was nearly 300, which felt a bit pricey. Overall, the soundproofing was decent. Each room had about 20-30 beds.
