The hotel is very nice. Rich breakfast. The room is big. Toilets and showers are separate.

I would say it’s one of the best hotel I have stayed in so far in the Netherlands😊🥂

Very nice hotel, extremly clean

It's far from the city, so you can only drive by yourself. Parking is available in front of the hotel, and everyone skips the parking fee.

The hotel is 3.4 kilometers away from the Central Railway Station, not 330 meters 😂 Although the transportation is still very convenient

Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries

However, due to an error in the Radisson Hotels app and delayed responses from customer service, I had to make my initial 2-night reservation through another agency

Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work) And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point

I would like to share my recent experience. As a returning guest who previously stayed at and enjoyed this hotel, I chose to book again with confidence

The contact number provided by customer service was not active, so I was unable to reach the support line and had to go to the hotel in person

Afterwards, I personally visited the Utrecht hotel and completed an additional 4-night reservation with the help of the receptionist

We were on a budget trip to explore Utrecht and I honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay. Includes everything you need, close enough to everything, friendly and helpful staff and you even get free coffee

They do have parking, but they could do with some more maintenance in the parking garage due to clogged drains, which cause water to pool on the deck, resulting in large puddles

The experience at this hotel is a good one. I’ve already been staying here for two months and I can say that I’m satisfied. The staff is polite, and Gerlon is doing an excellent job. ✌️

Did not end up staying at the hotel due to the walk in policy, but the night shift Achraf went above and beyond to help me out and find another accommodation to stay in

Cheap (in the best way) and reliable. An honourable mention to Eirini from housekeeping for being so lovely and helpful!!!!

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station, next to the Queen's Store, other large shopping malls, shopping streets, and a few minutes walk from the central church and the city canal

I would say one downfall is the 2 double beds pushed together. I know it's normal for there; however these slid apart on the floor so easy, I would barely roll over and the bed would roll away from each other

The hotel is super central in such a great location. Staff were lovely and very nice to us, giving us extra coffee and pillows as needed. All in all nice stay would stay again.

The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, the only drawback is that there are steps from the door to the front desk, which is not very friendly to tourists with large luggage

It could get a little noisy hearing noises from down in the street. But after a couple drinks and long day doing touristy things, we were passed out and didn't even notice

Good hotel near the station in the city center. Good breakfast with enough choice. We slept at the back and this was wonderfully quiet.. Definitely recommended.

The staff were really nice and showing interest asking questions like are U going to friends or? That kind of stuff amazing really. The room was really pretty the colour palette to white and blue amazing really calm

Standard Holiday Inn experience that you come to expect the check-in staff were very friendly and I found that this room was particularly clean compared to previous holiday inns I’ve stayed at the staff were very helpful when I asked for recommendations in the local area 

The location is really good, if you want to go to the centre by car or a day to Amsterdam. Service is 24/7 and fast! Shoutout to Trent for the excellent breakfast :)

Superb central location near all the bars, restaurants, shops etc. Comfortable rooms of good size with good amenities, all in a quirky optician theme. Expensive to park here so don’t come by Car

It was a shame that there was not a couple of comfortable chairs to sit on in the room because we stayed for 5 days and had to sit in the bed instead

Staff available; room too small and located in the attic; insufficient towels; top floor without lift.

The hotel is in a great location near train station/shopping mall/supermarket. The indoor swimming pool (which is not too small) is another value added feature too.

However, the spa area was also quite basic and very crowded, meaning we couldn't use the sauna, and there were 15 people in the small pool

So close to train station and concert hall which was reason for my visit with my daughter. We had drinks in the bar on the evening. Would definately go back again

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss

Very good hotel in a beautiful park. There are mini-gym and swimming pool and saunas there. Good restaurant in the hotel. A bit far from city center (ca. 40 min by foot or 20 min by buss).

The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven

The hotel is located deep in the jungle, built by the river, and the environment is particularly primitive The parking lot is large and you can enter and exit by swiping your card It is convenient to go to the city center and surrounding towns

It was very well furnished had generous stowage and space for luggage, that meant it was neat and uncluttered with everything squared away. The beds were very comfortable. We never heard a thing and slept very well

This gave us a large room overlooking the courtyard with an excellent bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. There was a separate loo off the entrance corridor

Holy Roman Emperor Charles V, King Henry VIII of England and King Francis I of France all met here in 1546 (when it was a monastery not an hotel). It is situated in secluded, well-maintained gardens

There are two restaurants, a bar and a very well appointed spa. The staff were charming and helpful and all spoke good English - which is pretty much normal in the Netherlands anyway

We ate in the Brasserie and the food was first class. As it is well-placed in the town centre, other dining options were available only minutes away

We ordered their chef's surprise 5-course menu with wine pairing and wow they were delicious! I was very satisfied with the portion to price ratio because usually places like this serve tiny amount and you will not be filled at the end, but I m glad this is not the case

I went there with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We are new to the neighborhood and we would always pass by on our strolls and said we should visit the place. We decided to have chef's choice 4 course menu

Indoor &’outdoor tables on a quiet street. It was possible to order individual items of the menu or alternatively to order 3 or 4 courses from a set menu that changed weekly. We opted to order 2 main courses

One main off the tasting menu & a catch of the day from the static menu. I would recommend this restaurant very highly. Hopefully we will get back on our next visit

They incorporated all of your diet restriction into their cooking as well (vegan, peskitarian, etc). The 5 course menu with wine pairing costs 59e

Would recommend here for special ocassion if you have some money to spend

Couple exploring the Netherlands Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this friendly, clean hotel. The walk along the canal into the center of Utrecht took about 30 mins. We found a lovely cafe on the way

Clean, friendly, and efficient hotel at a good price. Another star granted because they accept dogs, which too many hotels in the Netherlands do not.

It's a bit of a walk from the town centre, but it's in a nice residential area and is a very decent hotel.

Walking distance to the central station in a nice neighbourhood. Good value for your money.

For 3 nights, my friend and I stayed here and loved it. The room service was pretty good. Customer service at the desk, the Concierge and the cafe were all impeccable

The room was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities (hair dryer, soap, heater, fridge, kettle, towels). They can also be easily reached through Whatsapp for assistance throughout the day

Basic, affordable rooms a short walk from the old city. Pleasant staff, always quick to respond Typical narrow/steep Dutch stairs to rooms need to navigated with care

The location is hard to find. Check in is in front of a restaurant. It's a 15-20 minute walk from the station. The room is very small and you can't open your suitcase at will. It's even smaller than a hotel in Japan.

It is located in a nice and calm neighborhood in Utrecht. The staff is very nice and helpful. They are reachable 24/7 if you need any help. The entrance is on the ground floor where you can find a small gastronomy

There was only a tiny window for fresh air and the bathroom also was very, very small. So I definitely think this is overpriced

This review is about the hotel; the restaurant was closed at the time because of corona. Doesn't get any better than this when it comes to location. Nice old building, but modern inside

Simple is a great restaurants, we tried the 5 courses menu. All the dishes were incredible tasty and well prepared. Interesting use of different ingredients and presentations

The wine selection also is really good one, accordingly to the dishes that you will try. Because it was my birthday, they surprised me with an extra sweet treats

Very friendly staff, but because of corona staff was only available during check-in and check-out (morning and late afternoon) so services were a bit limited
