In terms of hygiene, the shower wasn't clean (hair from previous guests). The location is excellent and easily accessible. The service is excellent, and even with bacteria (enterococci) in the water, they do offer bottled water. Breakfast was a bit behind schedule on Sundays, not quite prepared for peak times. The bathroom was stinky and not well clean. We had to buy something for the smell. The bathroom is very small and the sink is in a bad position for tall people. Everything else is ok. Near the hotel you can find 74 and 77 lines to reach the city center. It takes 15 minutes.

Great value, super location …
The location is excellent and this was my second time at this hotel. The service has downgraded with 1 ply toilet rolls - you’re better off to buy your own. They don’t give a water bottle anymore, not even a complimentary one that you can refill later. It is only for select members apparently. You can’t expect basic toiletries from them in case you’ve forgotten - just the basic any hotel would do...
Stayed here lots of times mainly for location and for cost. Serving area though needs enlarged as there is always a Que at any time. This time my table was gone by the time I returned!!!
Overall is good. But pls put on shower screen to prevent water splashing out from shower area.
Good location and good selection for breakfast buffet.
Centrally situated, room is a bit tight, there is no fridge in the room. Breakfast time is especially crowded. Overall, a nice boutique hotel that I will return again.

The service and location are excellent! Will appreciate more amenities at the room though.
Trying so hard to be ubercool and in many ways it is. I liked a lot of the art and style. Breakfast was odd though. Random sugary cereals but hot breakfast only has one of - beans, mushrooms, sausages, bacon and rotate it per day. On the other hand vodka and tomato juice available to make a Bloody Mary?!?
The coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself.
Excellent hotel with excellent service. Cadius from front desk is very helpful and provide lot of advice for our family to travel in city. Everything is perfect in hotel.
Transportation is very convenient, buses and trains are just downstairs from the hotel. 20 minutes walk to Utrecht city center. The downside is that there is no closet.

Simple hotel for a night, located near the highway. Room felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was fine.
The hotel offered an overall satisfactory stay. Breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable selection. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may be inconvenient without transport. The room was fine and met basic expectations. Staff were polite and adequate. A plus point is the availability of a car park, which is convenient for guests with cars.
Standard Holiday Inn experience that you come to expect the check-in staff were very friendly and I found that this room was particularly clean compared to previous holiday inns I’ve stayed at the staff were very helpful when I asked for recommendations in the local area 
All good. We extended our stay here, as location wise, very communal with our car.
The hotel quite clean but no fridge n the location is ok only 5 munites walking distance to bus stop n 10 mnt go to the central station the breakfast not much variety
The location is really good, if you want to go to the centre by car or a day to Amsterdam. Service is 24/7 and fast! Shoutout to Trent for the excellent breakfast :)

Excellent location and room. I need to highlight the exceptional service of the team - especially Pim, who has gone over and beyond with anything from restaurant recommendations to getting a bottle opener. I will definitely stay here again since it feels like home.
Lovely hotel in a great location, everything within walking distance, the room was perfect and the staff are very welcoming. We were able to drop our bags in early and left them for a few hours after we had checked out too, which was super useful! Will definitely be back 🙂
A good hotel on the pricier side, but still okay. We had a small room with a window out into the back of the building. It was very quiet and we slept well! We missed some more space for hanging our towels. The hallways are quite dark, the steps narrow. One big plus is the location which is perfect for exploring Utrecht. Also the staff is friendly and will help with any questions.

Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed is quite comfortable. The continental breakfast is tasty and generous. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. They helped me printing documents and reserving a taxi. The location could not be better, both close to the city center and train station.

This hotel is in front of the bus stop, which is just two stops away from the central station. Also, it is in the city center, so it is easy to get around. The room is clean and spacious. The good thing is that there is a good coffee maker in the room.
Good hotel in the city center. The rooms are cozy and clean. I liked everything.
Great location, but extremely noisy—it's impossible to sleep at night. From midnight to 5 AM, drunk people are shouting, and from 5 AM, city services and public transport start making noise. If you're a heavy sleeper, you'll love this hotel because the room is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and most importantly, the pillows are perfect!

It's a bit of a walk from the town centre, but it's in a nice residential area and is a very decent hotel.
Couple exploring the Netherlands Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this friendly, clean hotel. Service was brilliant. Fantastic breakfast. The walk along the canal into the center of Utrecht took about 30 mins. We found a lovely cafe on the way. Could not fault our stay at all. Thank you 😊

I happened to be in the Netherlands during heavy snowfall, so all transportation basically shut down. I couldn't get to Amsterdam as planned and had to stay here for a night. The room was nearly 300, which felt a bit pricey. Overall, the soundproofing was decent. Each room had about 20-30 beds.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also beautiful. The room itself is smaller than photos would make you believe, but they are very sufficient. Location is sincerely perfect.

Amazing restaurant, we went for the high wine and it was so good. The food is well made and delicious. The wine was perfectly paired with the food. The staff is spot on.
