We were visiting family in early January, weather was really poor with lots of snow. The hotel was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our only issue was that despite the poor weather the weekly breakfast hours were maintained. It was difficult to get out and about with the ice. and snow. Having said that the staff were exceptionally helpful

Nothing to complain about, expect beds, could be better. After 3 night my back hurt a but. perfect location, very helpful staff, the room looked as pictures. And they had sho horn, verry nice! Breakfast superb!

Excellent location lovely staff on the whole a great trip

The place is near to Utrecht Central station which is very convenient for those who are taking public transport. The room is big and clean. The services from the staff is also very good.

Convenient location with close proximity to the mall and station. If you drive, the cheaper offsite parking is for EUR 35 with about 5 mins walk.

Very nice hotel, extremly clean

It's far from the city, so you can only drive by yourself. Parking is available in front of the hotel, and everyone skips the parking fee.

About half an hour walk to the city centre, or a 10 minute walk to a bus stop. Very comfortable hotel, a business hotel and mid week will have conferences and meetings. Didn't use the bowling alley

The room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right above the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

Although it's not right in the city center, it's still quite convenient, just a little over a kilometer's walk. The hotel facilities and service are very good, and it's very clean. Even arriving late, check-in was smooth.

The hotel is super central in such a great location. Staff were lovely and very nice to us, giving us extra coffee and pillows as needed. All in all nice stay would stay again.

The room didn't have an air conditioning system which made it difficult to sleep throughout the night as it was quite warm. Also, when we opened the windows the noise from the outside (people partying or chatting) was too much. The locker wasn't in working condition which created problems in securing our valuables. Overall, it was not value for money

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station, next to the Queen's Store, other large shopping malls, shopping streets, and a few minutes walk from the central church and the city canal. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, the only drawback is that there are steps from the door to the front desk, which is not very friendly to tourists with large luggage.

Chose this place in Utrecht due to the room size. Location's quite a walk away from the central train station, and room is away from the reception so not much service encountered. The hotel is in a great location near train station/shopping mall/supermarket. The indoor swimming pool (which is not too small) is another value added feature too.

The hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very basic, and the grout in the bathroom was dirty. The Dahlmann reception staff were extremely friendly to us. However, the spa area was also quite basic and very crowded, meaning we couldn't use the sauna, and there were 15 people in the small pool. All in all, it was just okay.

The hotel itself is superb, and in a fantastic location. Although it doesn’t serve food, breakfast is just round the corner at a lovely Italian restaurant, and the ladies on reception recommended a great restaurant for dinner.

Very cozy hotel in a perfect location with excellent staff and service. The rooms are very well decorated and spacious. I booked on of the rooms on the top floor and the view over the clocktower was spectacular. Really comfortable bathtub and nice addition to also have a full rainforest shower in the room. Would highly recommend.

Of the minuses: very old shabby corridors and the furniture in them; and hearing from the street like glass in the Windows not; a strange smell on the 1st floor (so decided not to dine in the hotel restaurant, disdained); no room for Luggage is absurd, we left the suitcases...

The location is but odd, in the middle of nowhere, but the hotel is great. The room (the bathroom in particular) is big and clean, the breakfast was great, and you enjoy the jacuzzi and hamman in the morning. Highly recommended

A warm welcome at a very clean hotel. The hotel is a bit oddly located in the middle of an industrial estate, but that makes it very quick and easy to reach from the A2 motorway. Plenty of (electric) bicycles are available, and the Vinkeveen and Loodrecht lakes are within easy reach. The hotel is clean and completely up-to-date. We come here often and will definitely continue to do so.

The hotel next to the highway is also the cheapest hotel on the whole trip. The parking lot is large. If you drive, you don't have to worry about parking problems. This review is about the hotel; the restaurant was closed at the time because of corona. Doesn't get any better than this when it comes to location. Nice old building, but modern inside. Spacious, bright rooms. Very friendly staff, but because of corona staff was only available during check-in and check-out (morning and late afternoon) so services were a bit limited.

Simple is a great restaurants, we tried the 5 courses menu. All the dishes were incredible tasty and well prepared. Interesting use of different ingredients and presentations. The wine selection also is really good one, accordingly to the dishes that you will try. Because it was my birthday, they surprised me with an extra sweet treats. Fully recommended if you want to celebrate something special.
