Park Plaza Utrecht in Utrecht

I would like to share my recent experience.

As a returning guest who previously stayed at and enjoyed this hotel, I chose to book again with confidence. However, due to an error in the Radisson Hotels app and delayed responses from customer service, I had to make my initial 2-night reservation through another agency. Afterwards, I personally visited the Utrecht hotel and completed an additional 4-night reservation with the help of the receptionist.

The contact number provided by customer service was not active, so I was unable to reach the support line and had to go to the hotel in person. The receptionist there (as far as I remember, a young gentleman named Luka ) was very helpful and even tried to contact the central team. I am truly grateful for his support.

If the hotel had not been close to my location, I honestly do not know how I would have resolved this situation. It was quite difficult to reach customer service, and with emails being answered approximately two days later, unfortunately this is too slow when an urgent reservation is involved.

I hope this helps with improvements in the area I mentioned. Overall, I really like this hotel.

Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip.
Very comfortable, stylish room.
Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook).
Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing.
Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work)
And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point.

Great location, but around it feels a bit unsafe at night with lots of shady businesses.. the rooms were great but I slipped because there is nothing covering the shower floor whst makes it extreme slippery. The people in the hotel were verys kind. Breakfast is 21 euro per person.

Really amazing staff! We were stranded in Utrecht due to the snow storm and decided to spend the night with our baby and our 2 dogs. The staff was nice and they thought along not only to accommodate us, but also our baby and pets. They were very proactive in tending to our needs and we felt welcome and cozy despite the circumstances. 100% recommend!

I usually don't rate hotels. But this one definitely deserves a review. I have been here for two weeks on and off, and I loved it. It has a great location, lovely staff, and people who actually care about your stay. I cannot keep recommending this hotel enough. I am definitely going to be happy to come back to this hotel. The receptionists are so kind they are so sweet and helpful. They deserve a appreciation day.

The room was spacious. The facilities were amazing and the place is just 5 mins from the train station.
