Good overall... Deep and nice pool, cold though. Nice breakfast, Great views and the bed was fantastic. Something to get better, the smells of the rooms were not the best after check in, and the reception staff not very welcoming.

Location was nice if you hae a car. Really close to a big and nice mall. I love to run around the lake

Furnishings rather outdated and amenities minimal. There were minor issues here and there but resolved in good time. Breakfast was good!

Good location, close to Sylvia Park with good food option around the area. Accessible walk around Panmure Basin. Plenty of parking so no stress if you return late.
In room amenities a bit lacking eg lack of cutlery and plates and towels etc provided given that the room is sold as families room. If the bedding configurations are 1 double with 2 twin singles would be more ideal. Overall the stay is still good.

Good - Free Car Parking facilities, 24 Hr reception, Large rooms , large toilet, nearby malls and location, (if you get a good deal on PRIME HOTELS APP or anything other apps )

This stay was a terrible experience for three reasons. First, the sheets weren't changed. I checked in at 4:30 PM and found the sheets were still on, with obvious signs of use and shed hair and dander. Neither of the double beds had their sheets changed. Second, after dinner, my room key wouldn't open the door, and I had to go to the front desk to get it. Third, the power outlet next to the bed was broken. My deposit wasn't refunded immediately upon check-out, and I had to wait for a while. Since this was my first stay in the new year, I was extremely dissatisfied. The staff were friendly and helped me resolve the issues, but I wasn't particularly surprised after my complaint. I was tired from the long drive, so I asked for new sheets. The hotel looks large, but the overall experience was poor.

Nice little location, perfect for hosting small conferences or a couple of nights as a family. Great breakfast to start the day.

The room wasn't cleaned to hotel standards. There was food and rubbish on the floor from previous stay. The linen/towel wasn't properly cleaned and the overall room didn't smell nice.
Some staff members are lovely but others might need retraining on customer service.

The amenities are all within walking distance, and the room is spacious, nice, and very clean.

We stayed for 2 nights, but there were a few inconveniences.
•The switch at the sink didn’t work, so we couldn’t use the hairdryer in the bathroom.
•The shower room floor wasn’t cleaned during my stay.
•The biscuits for the instant coffee weren’t replenished on the second day.
