Location : Nearby Eat Street. Rotorua is not a big town. If you are self drive, even though not stay around Eat Street, it is not an issue at all. Every place is nearby each others.

Cleanliness : Cleaner walked in the room with their shoes.

Bed : Soft. Not suitable for old age people. The bed type we request is King Size bed, but is it Queen Size Bed.

Hotel didn't provide mineral water for free.

Auckland to Huka Falls transit hotel, the town is very small and quiet. There is a geothermal park nearby, where you can soak in hot springs. There is no elevator on the second floor of the hotel, which is a key point. We have three big suitcases and it is too tiring. If you have big suitcases, don't stay on the second floor.

Very simple hotel and room facilities, similar to a motel ~ There are few parking spaces, and you can park for free on the street on weekends. The only advantage is that it is close to a street for eating

It is a boutique hotel, the room is quite comfortable, but the bed is relatively soft, slipper toothbrush have to ask the front desk to pick up, but the information writes a children's slipper toothbrush provided, the result is no. The food street is right next door, which is very convenient.

Plus:
1.Good location;
2.Having a hot pool for SPA;
3.Parking is relatively easy.

Minus:
1.Old Capet with smells.
2.At room 14 of my stay, I got insect bites around 3 am in the morning .Which was hurt very badly, so I got up and to search for a balm to reduce that pain. When I checked out, I stressed on this bad feeling to the front desk.

This one I found to be among the expensive ones in the town. The food taste was quite ok for the price. Paneer Tikka Masala neither looked like one nor tasted like one. Also I dont understand why these restaurants use so much colour in the preparation. My fingers around the nails were all reddish orange after i finished my lunch. We had also order Dal Makni which was gud. Also, my wife had asked for the pickle and they added 2.5$ for it without telling us that it will be charged and also it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the menu card. The only positive I saw was the ambience and the location as its quite centrally located. Also their menu had few sizzlers which I didnt try though and they do serve alcohol as well. So, if u are looking for gud ambience and decent taste then u may choose to go to this restaurant

Had a takeaway from here and the food was just amazing, this is real authentic Indian flavours. I don't know why they have such low ratings, the restaurant was super busy and had to wait an hour for our takeaway but it was worth the wait. Great food and a great place .

Best lamb shanks with mash and veggies I have ever eaten. Super friendly staff. Wife ate lamb rump with veggies and it was superb.

OVER PRICED food
one star for service and that was all. We ordered 2 of the specials, one lamb shank and other one was the fish snapper. lamb shank was cold and snapper wasn't grilled as it was written on the menu board.
And worst of all the money we paid for that food.

Extremely slow service. We had to constantly ask staff (none of which were designated servers or hostesses) for menus, drinks...etc. They warn everyone that the food will take forever and that they were honest about Hahah. Bread appetizer isn't free and be prepared to pay a lot for "gourmet" portions. Only good thing is I didn't get sick and the food was in fact delicious. Seemed like the staff didn't know what the heck they were doing haha. Very unorganized

Terrible service. Management assumes you know your meal will arrive an hour late if they're 'busy'. Management is so disorganized they can't keep track who has already paid. Manager will assume if he didn't handle your bill you are sneaking off without paying and accost you from across the room. That's the manager's idea of customer service. Food tasted adequate. Customer service is a fail. Our experience with this restaurant left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. Would have left without saying anything but manager's customer service and interpersonal skills made that impossible.

Dj was amazing, drinks were fairly priced ??.Security was abit annoying youd have to wait in the same line as people who havnt been let in or have paid entry even though i have been inside and had a stamp on my wrist.

Don't forget your passport before you enter. The place is small but decent, music needs an upgrade. The variety of alcohol is limited and the cost is reasonable
