Very nice, modern and clean hotel next to the main road of Rotorua. There is also more than enough car parking spaces available. Pool facilities looked very good.

Looking at it from outside as I drove around it to get to the front entrance made me doubt my choice, but thankfully they invested the money where it matters: the guest rooms. Spacious, comfy and clean. The breakfast was pretty bad- even my 16yo son, who is basically our food trash can, wouldn’t eat. If you have options, don’t do it. And for me, as a vegan, it was particularly sad- thankfully I had packed some meals for myself. (We were there over Christmas Day, I don’t think anything would have been open, sadly)
As for location- the view of the lake was nice, but it would have been better to have stayed by ‘eat street’- which *was* open to some degree on Christmas Day! I don’t know about Christmas morning, tho… but still a more convenient option, I would say, in terms of location- although it wasn’t a bad walk over to eat street from this hotel.

I am very satisfied with the hotel's service and rooms, especially the bar where the bartender named Cole is very professional and the service attitude is very good. We went there for two consecutive nights and had a happy conversation. I hope to give this message back to the manager

Kiosk ordering is fine but when order is delivered and an item is missing the rest of the meal goes cold while you queue to sort out the missing item.

What can i say about burger king.When you first walk in your Welcome by this amazing smiles. Its almost like you have just been hugged by all of this amazing team. There voice are like angles "Laughing" So happy Wow. Even looking after each other like family. They even will bring to you your order.They are so helpful. They have time Zone, we kids can play basketball" This is fun" and other games. There are rest rooms exit doors Fire-extinguisher. Comfort seating" WIFI T.v So If you are traveling? Passing by. From oversea. Take time out with this amazing team rest be for you move on. This not 24 hour they are closed 10pm. One day they will be come 24 hour Rotorua has been busy> So for now This is the "Now" Make this happen, Make this work 2018 Thank you team you rock

Your standard run of the mill Burger King (Hungry Jack's), staff are friendly and attentive. Premises can be dirty during really busy time but staff seem to do their best.
