Having stayed in hundreds of B&Bs in our years of travel this was honestly one of the best! Very well appointed rooms with great attention to detail, cleanliness, and provision of toiletries. They even have 2 luggage racks in the rooms (a pet peeve of mine), reading lights and plugs on both bedside tables. The private veranda for 2 of the rooms were lovely. The hostess knows everyone in town (it seemed) and can set you up with tickets and recommendations for anything. Great location on a quiet street but very close to The Redwoods. Would definitely stay here again!

We were so friendly welcomed by Vivien and felt at once at home. Vivien immediatley asked us whether we already had any plans in Rotorua and she gave us different ideas, what we could do. We were given „express line“ entry tickets at a reduced price to the Redwoods nightwalk. That was just great, as it turned out that the waiting line was huge. Vivien also organised us entry tickets to „Te Puia“. Many thanks for everything you‘ve done for us. Thanks also for the interesting conversations at the breakfast table and the delicious food.

Clean room. Everything works. Vivian was very helpful with local attractions.

Vivien was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of information about the things we could do that interested us.
Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day.
Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods.
You will see us again Vivien. And oh the bakery you told us about is amazing.

This was a nice B&B stay at in Rotorua. It’s within walking distance walking distance of the redwood forest, which is about a 10 minute walk. A half decent restaurant about 5 mins away. Lots of restaurants are downtown, which you have to drive. Vivien is a very nice host. We would stay there again!

Having Vivian as our host and following her recommendations for our short time in Rotorua made for a very memorable visit. Nothing was too much trouble for Vivian. She made us feel so welcome and took very good care of us. It was a joy to stay here

A very cosy accomodation, but the Highlight Light is Viviane. Right on arrival she overwhemled us with proposals how to fill the day. It was great. An after a rich breakfast ee started our tour. We had long interesting conversations about a variety of topics and time flew by ... we really enjoyed the stay.

Not what it is advertised to be. can't believe the reviews are mostly 5/5 The kitchenette was shared, no sink, the lounge was shared and was dreary and needed fresh air. Breakfast ok The bedroom had no wardrobe to hang our clothes, the fan in the bathroom was not working. Mould around the shower recess. The furniture was worn and torn and had a throw sheet over it. The only positive -our bedroom overlooked a garden. Rather stay In a hotel if we ever go to that area again.
