The hotel had an adequate standard. Central location. The service was Nice. Tasteful breakfast. The familyroom was large and open. Good lightning and air.

I frequently use this hotel on business trips to Haugesund and rate this hotel highly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with the usual hotel noise but nothing drastic. The breakfast buffet is excellent. All in all an enjoyable place to stay when visiting this area.

As previous stay it was a wonderful experience with very good service together with friendly and a wonderful staff which make you feel great hospitality. Room was very nice, clean and newly renovated. The Breakfast and other food are excellent as well.

The hotel has a great location with beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean and tidy with expansive views; if you're lucky, you might even see the aurora borealis. The breakfast selection is plentiful and the food is delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

A great stay We stayed in room 221, a large corner room which had lovely views to two sides. Breakfast fantastic. Hotel is ideal for the Hurtigruten ship and also the Arctic Route Bus.

Nice Hotel out in Nowhere Ok hotel but a bit shabby and the cleaning could be improved. Stepped on leftovers from previous guests and thre was no soap by the sink. Nice personelle (as always in Norway) and the breakfast was decent without any excesses.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are good, you also have a sitting area next to the bed. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Truly amazing stay This hotel is clean and new with a great harbor view and a fun deck for watching the northern lights. The breakfast is excellent in variety and quality. The staff are attentive and friendly. The drives we took to Nordcap and around the island are beautiful. The reindeer were everywhere and fun to see up close and from a distance. A great experience!

Friendly staff, rooms have all the essentials, breakfast was great as there was plenty of choice, eggs are prepared freshly. The city centre or restaurant area is only a 15 min walk. The hotel also offers various burgers for dinner if you don’t like to go out for dinner down town.

The hospitality was amazing. Artur showed us the best hiking trails and even gave us a brief tour. It was like having our own private local guide. He went well beyond the 'call of duty' to make sure we were comfortable. The morning breakfast was a feast to behold. The choices (both hot and cold food) were too great to be listed here. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the shopping street. There's a supermarket and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It's also less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The rooms are well-equipped. The front desk is in a small room on the first floor and offers luggage storage until 8:50 PM if you need to pick it up the same day.

The room size was perfect for a family of three, and having a small kitchen with an oven was a huge plus – we could easily make breakfast and dinner. The kitchenware was well-stocked too. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the central McDonald's. The front desk service was also very good.

The hotel was easy to find and the room was nice and warm, with adjustable heating. The only issue was that our range hood was broken, so we had to keep the door open while cooking. The front desk was staffed until 11 PM and we were able to store our luggage there.

Overall, it was quite good. The heating was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and there were even kitchen utensils for cooking. The hotel was overbooked the evening of our stay, so we had to share rooms with a colleague to solve the issue. The staff was very embarrassed and did as well as they could to accommodate us, including some compensation to make up for the annoyance.

Let me tell you, I got super lucky! This was an incredibly amazing experience. It's really close to all the attractions and the meeting point train station. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, which was beautifully furnished, everything was very new and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for 3 days of cooking evening meals.

We loved the location near public transport and historic sites to visit in an easily walkable town center. The room, however was hot and stuffy with windows closed and cooler but very noisy with windows open.

The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. I had paid extra for a studio with sofa bed as myself and granddaughter didn’t want to share. The sofa needed pulling out and making up on our arrival. Furniture had to be moved to allow this as the room was so small. Not much space to move around. Slightly disappointed by the size of the room when the sofa was out.

I went to visit my brother for a few days to Haugesund, in January, and I couldn't be happier with staying at the Hotel Haugesund. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was very close to the town center. They can also help you to connect with a very affordable taxi driver to get to the airport when your trip is over. I was happy with my stay here, you get everything you need at an affordable price. The service was excellent, and the breakfast area had a cozy atmosphere. Oh, these are such atmospheric little houses. We got there on a rainy day, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Everything inside is cozy, despite the single beds. The breakfasts were beyond expectations. The girl at the reception gave us chocolate upon check-out.

It was our first visit in Norway. We checked few thing to try in Norway, one of them is stay in Rorbuer which we booked this Nyvågar Rorbuhotell. We liked a lot this Rorbuer which is great location especially I booked a sea view rorbuer. The breakfast was nice with quality food provided.

Staff were absolutely lovely, the room was very good in size and decently clean. The hotel is modest, so fixtures aren’t latest and greatest, but I was very comfortable staying there for 4 nights.
