Staff consistently nice, but a bit inconsistent in service quality. Breakfast buffet and food at dinner was vas very good.
The total experience was lovely, but I am surprised that this is a hotel with 4 stars, I would expect a bit more premium look and feel. Clogged toilets in the hotel lobby and tacky historic style looked a bit outdated so all the stars mostly go for the staff, cleanliness and location.
