Overall impression:
The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality.
Room:
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Service:
Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra.
Location:
Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around.
Overall:
An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.
There are several traditional restaurants nearby. The food there was very tasty.
Just faced power outage for almost one hour.
But this was not from hotel. It was outage in the area.
I recommend the hotel to anyone families, singles, friends.
Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor
Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast
At the same time staff was friendly and always involved. One example is when painkiller was brought to me by Umed in the middle of the night. I do appreciate so much such attitude 🧡
