There are sun loungers, and we also received towels. Hot food is served there as well, and cold soft drinks are available all day long

The room cleaning, done by Mannan was very very good. He prepared me nice surprize for my birthday. We had clean towels every day. The whole resport is very nice

In conclusion, what we will remember most from this hotel — and the reason we will recommend Millennium Resort Salalah to many friends — is its high-class staff (mainly from Bangladesh, India, and other countries), of whom Rayhan is a true symbol

Thanks to him, our room was always pleasantly fragrant and clean, to the point that staying in it was a real pleasure for us. Rayhan never looked for tips; he did everything selflessly, conscientiously doing his job

Even the several-kilometre distance to the hotel’s beach is not a problem, because a hotel shuttle bus takes guests there every hour in comfortable conditions, and on the beach the hotel provides good meals

This mean that you don”t have to return to the hotel from the beach for lunch. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the incredibly kind and hardworking staff at every level

Beautiful, well-kept grounds, delicious and hearty breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Morning coffee with the sunrise is delightful.

Beach was closed for the whole stay due to high surf. Not a problem for us with small children the pool was preferred. A great resort for staying with young children

On November 14, 2025, after the manager asked if everything was okay with the cleaning, she said it was OK. The cleaner never came back, not even to take out the trash and change the towels

Very nice people and good experience

There are many pleasant touches: cold, damp towels are handed out to guests on the beach loungers, fruit is on the shelf, and glasses are cleaned. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent

A good hotel, not crowded due to the high prices. Rooms with balconies are large. A very good bed with mattress, excellent pillows, and linens. The general manager's greeting on the TV was a nice touch

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities). Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly

The stylish and beautiful Anantara Hotel is located right by the sea. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; you feel so pampered. The food is varied and delicious. We would love to come back.

Dislikes: They smoke everywhere, on the sun loungers by the pool and on the beach all day long, while we're actually going on vacation for fresh air

I also didn't like that in the restaurant, they bring large plates of mangosteen fruit to VIPs and help them put them in their bags, while other guests can't even try them; they're not publicly available

Besides there were very few people by the pool (except for one day out of seven), so I had a great time sunbathing and relaxing. The size of the pool is quite big too

There was not that much diversity for dinner and lunch, but still the food was delicious. The pool area is separated from the rest of the territory by a wall

They provide a shuttle bus to the beach three times a day. The beach isn’t great though and that’s what makes their pool even better 😂

There isn’t much to see around the hotel and, to be honest, the street on which it is located looks a bit scruffy. But the hotel’s inner yard is not that bad. The staff were welcoming and polite

The Plaza hotel is a great place for a quiet vacation. I did not expect much for the price I paid but was pleasantly surprised. The room was huge and spotless, with all the necessities

I think the place is not new but it is very well maintained. Everything is simple but clean and in good condition. I liked their meals too, especially breakfasts

Its nice and tidy. Rooms are clean. You can feel you are in oasis in desert. There are a lot of plants. One of them is jasmine.. it was smelling in the morning. Take the rest..

Good location, reception staff were less than enthusiastic to assist with queries, the staff in the restaurant were fabulous.

As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access)

Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over)

We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc)

The hotel is located on the outskirts, with a Nesto supermarket nearby. There isn't much else to explore, so it's a hotel for beach relaxation. It has its own pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi

My request to fix the curtain was also ignored. The jacuzzi, which was included in the price, was often closed along with the indoor pool for women. There's no shuttle to the beach, supposedly because the beach is closed

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended.

The food was good; we had half-board, and all-inclusive is also offered. You can swap dinners for lunches, which we did because we went on a desert excursion. The lunches even seemed tastier

A decent hotel in Salalah regarding value for money. We stayed for 4 days and booked independently. The hotel also caters to package tourists, particularly from Belarus

The beach is beautiful, and the sea is great (there's a shuttle from our hotel to another nearby, which is also walkable; I've attached the shuttle schedule)

The hotel grounds are stunning! The staff is friendly. The waiters work hard, remembering your favorite drinks and bringing them without reminders. The food is varied and delicious. There's always plenty of fruit

The beach is gorgeous and clean

Everything was perfect and the staff always nice and helpful. The only thing it should be improved is to find some way to kick off cockroaches. I had several small ones in the room and bathroom.

We had a really good experience. The room deal and service from the front desk person (feeling so bad that i am not able recollect his name, but remember his home town ‘Mahi’) was so great

We had a good chat on the places to visit and history of the town. The room and sea view was beautiful. We will surely really recommend this hotel resort for any first comers in town

There are many cafes and shops near the hotel. The beach is about a 15-minute taxi ride away, and about an hour's walk

The bed linen and towels were always clean, and whenever we asked, housekeeping came quickly and replaced them. The water pressure in the bathroom is good, which was a nice plus

Great hotel in Salalah city, the rooms are large and clean, breakfast was great and personnel very helpful and kind. Huge swimming pool but not heated for the season. 2 big malls are close by, walking distance

It was really comforting to have good meals while dealing with travel uncertainty. The hotel itself is a bit old and looks somewhat worn, but everything important was well maintained
