Rooms are spacious.
Beds, bedsheets are clean.
No room service available, no intercom facilities.
Room Wifi has great connectivity which is appreciated.
Rent Budget wise ok ok but not so great.

Very clean and spacious flats suitable for families with kitchen amenities and automatic washing machine. I had an excited experience staying here. All daily need shops around you. The staff are very cooperative and Mr.Mohamed the owner is a very kind and welcome person. He provide me a very helpful program for all salalah attractive places with easy access through google map.very recommended for visitors of khareef salalah.

Location wise and rooms size worth the 3 stars, otherwise cleanliness is 2 out of 5 and it takes forever for them to clean the flat after you request it as there are no cleaning supplies available, a wash basin normal water tab isn’t working so if the heater was on then you will deal with the hot side only, we had to fold the rug aside as it’s super dirty, 2 out of the 3 mattresses have no protective cover, no towels are provided, channels receiver is not set so every time you switch the TV on you have to scan and settle it, finally I suggest fixing the elevator

Reasonable priced, good location, large rooms, less cleanliness ,poor service, no elevators ,when requested to extend check out for 1 hour delay ,not allowed.

It's okay. I booked it because of the price and it's cleanness. The cleanness is 2 of 5 stars! But the apartment is very close to "city center" and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Recently constructed so it's new , ambience is good ,the housekeeping was very good , well equipped kitchen too . The bedroom is quite bigger than the living room. The guys taking care are always available to your service. The suite apartment is quiet relaxing. Market and food joints are within 100 to 500 meters so one's need is wished.
