A quiet, charming manor in a historic park. I was there on a winter weekend, oozing in the undisrupted silence. The building has been renovated after years of neglect and is equipped with modern amenities while keeping its class and unique style. The ~25min walk from the Old Town or rail station takes you through pleasant areas and was an asset rather than inconvenience to me. Had a relaxing, satisfying stay, would pick the hotel for a longer holiday too, especially since even the prices are attractive.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days (3 nights). The hotel is in a beautiful location, in the middle of the forests. Payments are accepted here in cash and by card. Very nice staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious. The rooms are well furnished, but without a refrigerator, which would be useful. We had two rooms on the second floor. We were here in November. We were sorry that in neither room did the central heating, which was set to the highest level, get very hot, it was rather lukewarm. But what can you do, we are in a castle. Yes, towels are not the hotel's strong point.
Otherwise, we were EXTREMELY SATISFIED here. The prices in the restaurant correspond to the quality, the menu offers a good selection of food and drinks (including wine). The hotel really offers a lot. From the salt cave, fitness, pleasant seating, very beautiful luxurious spaces in medieval style. It is also possible to play billiards. The parking spaces for cars are sufficient.

I rarely write any reviews but I felt this review was necessary. This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The cleanliness of the room is poor. I am currently staying in this hotel on a business trip and the breakfast has cold eggs which are supposed to be hot. The food is not replenished often so hard to get left over food. The rooms have no aircon, no phone for service, no iron, no fridge, tv pointing towards the opposite wall away from beds. Towels are old and torn. Cleaners don’t even open the curtains properly when cleaning. The hallways have a bad smell of old dampness. Shower has mould around base. Breakfast plates are dirty and not washed properly. I have never stayed in a place so bad. Not even a one star hotel. More like a hostel. Staff are friendly but I’m afraid the hotel needs a better manager.

Very good breakfast, extremely friendly staff. This is stylish accomodation with beautiful surroundings. Highly reccomend if you like quiet and unusuall place to stay.

Beautiful setting and a delicious breakfast in an old style palace surrounded by woods it is not easy to get there from the train station but if you like walks you will definitely enjoy it.

We loved this hotel. We just stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer. We had a suite and it was great, with tables in the living room you could enjoyed a nice meal and play cards. We also a huge balcony but there was scaffolding on it. There are parts of the hotel that feel in need of renovation, the rooms were elegant (and large) but the bed frame was enormous and the mattress very thin and close to the ground. The jacuzzi was also out of order when we were there but the steam room and sauna was great! And my whole family enjoyed the salt cave.

The price was very reasonable so I guess it compensates for the renovations. I didn’t hear any construction and I wasn’t disturbed by any of it while there.

Breakfast and dinner were both top quality. I’d recommend eating at the hotel. And nice variety at breakfast, polish salads and spreads and many different types of bread and cold cuts. Some cakes, fruits, etc.

There are many rooms at the hotel with wow factor, definitely worth a visit!

Excellent experience, beautiful rooms, old time fashion luxury, palace like a castle, very friendly staff, good prices, very close to airport at the Jelenia Gora, walking distance, situated in the forest reserve, cool atmosphere, scenic view to the peek Sněžka - the highest mountain in the Czechia.

Very pleasant please to stay. Clean and tidy. 25min. walking to Old Town. You can park your motorcycle close to entrance 😃. Breakfast buffet is of variable choice. Nice staff.
