Mattress is unacceptable age and quality for any room.

Breakfast are excellent.
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the centre of Cieplice, a quiet place with restaurants and cafes, and next to the hotel is the huge park of the district with the thermal baths.
The hotel also has a swimming pool with slightly salty water, which is great, hotel guests can swim in it for free for two hours a day.
The rooms look a bit like they did in the early 1990s. For example, on Booking.com, room 307 was advertised as 'air-conditioned', but the air-conditioner was an old standing ventilator.
In the bathroom, the shower just drips water due to low water pressure, so showering is not very pleasant.
The toilet also had low water pressure: it was difficult to flush.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, although the fruit buffet breakfast was watermelon, nothing else.
The young lady working at reception on 09.01 and 09.02 was rather arrogant, we don't know the reason why, maybe it was because we spoke to her in English instead of Polish. I could not stand her arrogant, rude behaviour any longer, as she was making faces, so when I said goodbye, after Have a nice day, I added ironically "You were very kind!".
I never write a review, but this is an exception. I can't recommend this place.
The hotel is pet-friendly according to Google Maps (as many hotels are), and we made the mistake of not checking up on this because it can be a bit of a hassle since many Polish hotel receptionists speak little or no English.
We booked and paid for the room only to find out upon arrival that we could not bring our two dogs to the room nor could we get a refund.
The way we found out was that the receptionist simply said “no” shaking her head at all the questions we asked.
We left the hotel without any refund and came to Hotel Bella across the street where we stayed instead.
