We were a group of five over Christmas. The location was great. Biedronka, Netto, and Żabka are right next door. It's a short walk to the city center. The building is a bit dated, and some rooms need updating, but it was clean, warm, and pleasant. The owner was very kind, and the food was fantastic. There was a wide selection and everything was delicious. We were very happy with our stay. We will definitely be back! 🫶 Thank you again for everything ♥️

The rooms leave a lot to be desired, the cobwebs above the beds were so large they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, there was omnipresent dust under the beds, and the shower door wouldn't close.

Large room, clean and warm all day.
In the common area, guests have access to a fridge, kettle (there's also a kettle in the room), microwave, plates, cups, and cutlery.

I do not recommend this hotel that the owner of the hotel has a plan to make people a party you find out on the spot loud party lasts until 6:00 in the morning. In the room we received, the ceiling is wooden, you can hear every step of the neighbors from above and the restaurant is closed as such, you can only come for breakfast. First night in room cold radiators turned off cold. Maybe someone likes such vibes. But I personally went for the weekend to rest and not to drive 400 km home after a sleepless night due to a party. Personally, I don't recommend it. Such information that it will be loud should already be given on portals where you are looking for rest much earlier or just let go of renting rooms for guests.

I was tempted by the price. I was going with the intention of walking, not tracking in the room ... Additionally we took breakfast for 3. Everyone ate to their fullest. An undoubted advantage is the acceptance of animals at a very good price and a nice owner. Even though the TV does not work, it does not bother me somehow. If I am looking for affordable accommodation and not a room to stay in it all the time, I will come back. Very interesting decor of the place, with a soul ...

I do not recommend accommodation in Hotel Karpacz, probably only by name, the room was ok, but the service was not nice, they have to learn a long time with the approach to the customer. If the man who runs the business does not change, I wish him a lot of luck in running Hotel Karpacz.

In room No. 18, where I had the opportunity to stay, a kitchenette available one floor below the view of the mountains is like someone is 180 cm tall (roof window) torn contacts hanging on the cables, the floor in the passage to the bathroom, a poorly finished threshold, you can hurt yourself, a double bed on the right side broken springs from the window, the TV is but not working because of the switch to tvbt2 but there is free wi fi and a small parking lot, very helpful friendly owner location close to the ladybug and the net but far from the center, the price seems low, so the stay was enjoyable.
