Nice hotel and nicely fitted out rooms. Good facilities and entertainment for young ones. Low ranting is given due to the rude barman on duty while I was there. I ordered an apple juice for my wee one and he charged me for an apple pie and when I questioned him about it he was very rude. Then the next night they stated the bar was open until 10pm. Everything was clean and nicely done. Inside spa had warm water which was perfect. Breakfast was very good. There are also many trails to go along and explore around. Nothing bad to say.

No safe in room. One small pillow by bed. Cheap shower. Called 4 star hotel but comparable to 2 star hilton or marriott chains hotels. Ancient style climate control. So slow internet that virtually unusable. This disqualifies it as business hotel, and makes it barely acceptable as vacation place unless you are willing to forgo internet. Big disappointment overall.

We had a fabulous time in the Olympic. The staff are wonderful - helpful and nice. The food in the restaurant is delicious and a huge variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The room was spacious and had all the necessary equipment. We even got the bed for the baby without being charged extra. The swimming pool is modern and looks very good. Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, and the receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful. It's cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The pool has perfect water. My wife and I were there for our wedding anniversary, and we both had a very positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back, even with my children.

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

It was ok the bedroom wasnt that great the matress wanst comfy the door had a dent in it the cupboard was sticky but the breakfast was tasty and the spa was very relaxing. Bedroom 300 and 301 looked more like a staff room and badly treated and room 200 was very nice and the complete opposite.

I am not sure what kind of business is being made in this peaceful hotel in Wisla but I can defiantely guarantee it is a place to have a great SPA treatment and to relax. If you like to stay active you can go for a hike in the mountains. It is also only a short walk from the centre of Wisla. Green Hill offers great value for the price. It might have some shortcomings but offers good food, nice views...

I stayed at Biały Dworek with my son during the 2026 winter break. We came for snowboarding. It was a fantastic time. We had everything we needed right there. Everything was clean and the owner had excellent communication. We were very welcome with our dog. We were unlucky because we had a heating problem, but the problem was fixed. The only downside was the breakfast lady who pressured us to eat quickly and leave.

Owner speaks English well and impressed us with his welcoming, helpful attention. The villa is cosy, modern and spacious and the breakfast is varied and delicious. A wonderful, relaxing stay in a place that met and exceeded our expectations.

Stayed for a work conference for a week. Absolutely delightful stay, perfect for our group of 80ish. Fully catered, coffee breaks and meals. Staff was delightful, area was beautiful and quiet. Tad far from the airports, but overall a terrific location.
