No safe in room. One small pillow by bed. Cheap shower. Called 4 star hotel but comparable to 2 star hilton or marriott chains hotels. Ancient style climate control. So slow internet that virtually unusable. This disqualifies it as business hotel, and makes it barely acceptable as vacation place unless you are willing to forgo internet. Big disappointment overall.

I've stayed at this hotel with my family and friends dozens of times. Since the hotel's inception, it has become a special place for me and my family, and it's here that we always spend the most enjoyable moments and days. The staff is exceptional – always smiling, always polite, and always willing to help with any unexpected matters. When my wife or I need a moment of respite, a break from everyday life, we go to this hotel. I'm always surprised by something new and exciting, and I always get exactly what I expected – peace and quiet. Important information for travelers: the hotel is located in the central part of Ustroń, close to several restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and other amenities, taxis are available, and there's a large, free multi-story parking lot. All of this contributes to the comfort of your stay. The hotel is certainly not cheap, but it offers many amenities, such as bowling, a spa, a swimming pool, and more. It's worth coming here for a relaxing break, but it's hard to leave and return to reality. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely continue to visit this hotel whenever I can, because it's truly worth it. Recently, I found myself in a room I'd never been in before—and it was truly beautiful.

We had a fabulous time in the Olympic. The staff are wonderful - helpful and nice. The food in the restaurant is delicious and a huge variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The room was spacious and had all the necessary equipment. We even got the bed for the baby without being charged extra. The swimming pool is modern and looks very good. There are two playrooms for the kids - great. I highly recommend this hotel to the families with kids.

Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. In general, the hotel is very well-oriented towards its guests! We'll be happy to come back ;)

Bowling was big disappointment. Only 2 bowling alley and one group can reserve both of them For whole evening. It's impossible to find reservation. If bowling is offered as service then it shouldn't be like that.

Nice service, clean rooms. Location in the very center, if someone does not mind riding and honking trains, no problem.
Breakfast is a plus because there is a large selection, but dinners are on average, very little choice. The downside is the small pool. To use the bathhouse, you must first ask the lifeguard to turn it on and wait about 30 minutes. If, of course, the lifeguard turns it on and doesn't say it doesn't work as we heard. The lifeguard is constantly *hanging* on the phone so that something happens, he won't even know. Jacuzzi also activated by a lifeguard. Unfortunately, another downside for me is the lack of sun loungers and space for them outside. So if someone would like to sunbathe, unfortunately, a blanket and over the Vistula. No direct exit from the pool to the outside. To get to the pool you have to go downstairs and walk through the entire hotel to take the elevator back to the 1st floor.
For me, the price is a bit too high for what we found.

The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, and the receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful. It's cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The pool has perfect water. My wife and I were there for our wedding anniversary, and we both had a very positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back, even with my children.
