One day stay
I was misled by pictures. I thought that standard is much higher. Room which I got wasn’t three stars at all. Toilet was very small and WC was so close to wall that you can seat on it straight. Also sink was so small you could hardly wash your hands…

Upon my arrival I was told that my reservation didn't go through
and I wasn't charged anything yet. After seeing the room I decided to leave since the room was small, dirty and unacceptable.
After my departure the hotel used my info and manually entered my billing info and charged me 3 nights stay!

Lack of class and basic professional integrity.....all I can say.

Last weekend we had an opportunity to stay at your hotel, where we have booked 2 long awaited nights, with high expectations to enjoy the wellness, food and to relax.
We have chosen your hotel due to good reviews and overall expectation of quality (based on the reviews and charges, the hotel is certainly not the cheapest).
Unfortunately our stay was a disappointment, unfortunately we didn't feel it was worth the money. The price for two nights was 540 euros
First night we arrived, there was a loud party at the hotel, due to which we were not able at all to sleep and to relax, especially accompanied by children. The party was up until 1 am. Nobody gave us a notice about it. Arriving to your hotel we were full of hope we will be able to indulģe and fully relax. The food served at the buffet was a big disappointment, the quality was very low (i.e. instant coffee for breakfast, there was only water for dinners - no other drinks, such as soft drinks or tea, most of the food was fairly cold), nothing I would expect from a hotel of your caliber. The room we were given for our family (4 people) was very small, we almost didn't fit in - we booked the family room Deluxe. However, the staff was very nice to us.
Overall I feel very disappointed about the stay and the money spent, and I don't feel the quality matches the price charged.

Really disappointing! Such a poor customer service, it’s shocking. I think the staff are being paid for not smiling and rolling their eyes at you, you’ll be made to feel like they are doing you a favour with everything. Never seen anything like this! Rooms are small but clean, even though they only get cleaned every 3 days. Same with changing towels, never before we’ve stayed in a hotel that you had to pay extra if you wanted a clean towel, you get a fresh ones every 3 days and only on request too! Restaurant menu very basic but there is a lovely place just down the road with everything on the menu that you could think of and a great service too. There is no night time so don’t expect earl’ish bed time as swearing and loud music until very late hours! I realise we might have just been unlucky with certain group of people staying at the same time as us but the hotel staff have done nothing about it! Kids entertainment was fabulous, led by external company that were super friendly, shame it’s just once a week as the kids loved it! Wouldn’t recommend and won’t come back! It’s 2 stars not 3 for sure!
