We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return again.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options to choose from.
The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable.
One of the highlights for our family was the fantastic playrooms for kids. The animators did an amazing job keeping the children entertained.
We also really liked the outdoor pool area, especially the jacuzzi outside. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Exceeded all expectations.
We stayed on February 14th, and everything was thought through down to the smallest detail. You truly feel cared for at every step.
The spa is excellent, the breakfasts are outstanding, and in honor of Valentine’s Day, a special atmosphere was created throughout every part of the stay.
A special mention goes to the staff. We had an issue in the room that prevented us from sleeping through the night, but it was handled quickly and in such a thoughtful way that the sleepless night was completely forgotten.
The entire team is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your stay unforgettable.

We booked a two-night stay on the morning of arrival and checked in around 2pm. Within about an hour, it was clear the hotel did not meet expectations for a four-star property.
Breakfast and the children’s play area were good, but overall comfort and atmosphere were lacking. The pillows were extremely hard and caused neck pain lasting over a week. The swimming pool was cold, and the common areas felt flat with little sense of relaxation. The bathrobe in our room also had a large hole under the arm, which is not acceptable at this price level.
About one hour after check-in, we spoke with the hotel manager and asked if the second night could be refunded or transferred (with a price adjustment as I offered to pay extra) to another hotel in the same company in the region. This was refused as “policy.” I also attempted to cancel the second night via Booking.com, which was likewise declined. Given this was a same-day booking and we were not requesting a full refund, this felt unreasonable.
Considering the four-star rating and a price of around €220 per night in Poland, this stay did not represent good value. I would not stay at this hotel or this hotel chain again.

To be honest I was about to give 4 stars, not because anything is wrong, it's because the price to quality ratio, I mean with that price I excepted much more and maybe thats the fault that I expected more to the price I paid, however everything at the hotel is amazing, the breakfast the spa and the area. However I don't know maybe it was Christmas price or what but for me I wouldn't go back for that price for sure! I recommend this place tho however this review might sound

The hotel is beautiful, modern, comfortably furnished; the food in the restaurant is delicious, there is plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious, the heating control is incomprehensible. The hotel is quite isolated outside the city of Wisła, which can be reached on foot about 5 km, or there is a bus stop near the hotel.
The sauna area is very small, I can't imagine how the saunas must be full of people in the main ski season.
However, when the hotel presents itself as a five-star and charges the price for the stay as such, everything must be perfect, right? So why does one waiter offer amuse-bouche before the a la carte meal and the other doesn't? Why doesn't the waiter ask if we want more after finishing the wine? Why do the waiters stand at the cash register, chatting and not seeing the empty plates on the table? Why is the Kneipp path in the sauna area not working?

Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

Excellent stay. Beautifully located, big comfortable rooms, lovely interior. Superb breakfasts and great dinners. Stayed for 4 days, went for a few walks in the location hills and did a couple of drives to surrounding historical towns ( Cieszyn, Zywiec ).

Sensational stay. Varied and plentiful breakfasts, the surroundings are wonderful nature, a large garden and many places to relax. Beautiful swimming pools, wellness center (massage room) at the highest level. Very professional and individual approach of the masseur. The animation for children deserves praise, they were very interesting (also for adults) and very creative. Our child loved this place because of the great animators, the outdoor playground, two (amazing!!!) indoor games and the children's pool. Despite the rainy weather most of our stay, we had absolutely no complaints about naked bodies. The service is very professional, very professional - there is a good atmosphere here. We will definitely come back here, one of a kind hotel. Unique and memorable.
