Hotel H15 Luxury Palace

The hotel is brand new and decorated in a modern style with very nice decoration. My room was spacious, very bright and the marble bathroom is just awesome. The breakfast is delicious, especially the chuchoka. The hotel is also conveniently located in the Old Town of Krakow, but at the same time away from the crowds. The welcome was warm and friendly.

Great hotel, decor, design, mix of modern and historical. Huge rooms. Great service. The staff makes every effort to make guests have a pleasant time. Five stars is not enough. The rating is off scale ...

A new, five-star hotel in the heart of Krakow, a few steps from the Main Square. Top-level service, very nice and helpful. Very spacious and modern rooms, beautifully decorated. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in luxury.

After coming directly from Montreal to Milan and then Paris we ended up in Krakow at H15 Palace and it perfect from the moment we arrived. This is a world class hotel that made our previous destinations/hotels look like amateurs. Beautiful historic facility that is well decorated, exceptionally fusing old and modern. Large beautiful, well decorated high tech rooms, incredible lobby, and breathtaking pool/spa facilities with amazing restaurants. Located right in the old town with so much to see and most importantly - the staff went above and beyond. In particular a gentleman named Stanislaw. I have never encountered a person who took so much pride in their work and did with such an excellency. Best service have ever received. I spend 90% of my time traveling and staying at hotels all over the world but this has been so far the best. Cost of a suite at this hotel for 3 nights was the same as we paid per night in Paris. Absolutely unbelievable!!! Excellent hotel that I highly recommend and we will be returning the first chance we get. BRAVO

Stayed at H15 Palace just after New Years with my partner for a few nights. An absolutely stunning hotel with stunning interior and the friendliest, most helpful staff. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of sparkling wine and helped out of the taxi with our bags. The staff on reception were very thorough and explained times for breakfast, where to find the spa etc. We had breakfast included with our stay and the staff were so approachable, kind and went to the effort of asking us how we were and if we slept well every morning. This made us feel so valued as guests and was a lovely touch. The spa is absolutely beautiful with a huge pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Our room was cleaned every day and had the most gorgeous decor - especially the bathroom! We had a drink in the bar every evening before going out into the town and the bar staff were so skilled at making the perfect drinks. I requested something that was not on the menu and they made it no problem. Overall I cannot fault this hotel and the staff definitely went the extra mile. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay in Poland.

Very nice place to stay in Krakow. Highly recommend for business to vacations. Great rooms and great service by any standards. It is very close to everything downtown you want to see. One issue we have discovered was Uber cannot come to the hotel due to some local restrictions. They could drop you off but cannot come to pick you up.

Beautifully designed, combination of old world and mid century modern creating a great atmosphere. Bravo to the architect! The staff was highly professional, accommodating and friendly …. I spent one week there and will make this my stay next time I am in town.

There is nothing to complain at all! Beautiful design hotel, with spacious rooms! Everything is perfectly clean. Hotel pool is wonderful place to chill! Tasty and generous breakfast. Friendly and willing stuff. Absolutely recommended!!! Thank you guys.
