Decent option to stay in Zakopane! Decent rooms with comfortable beds, quiet enough to sleep. Parking is difficult, requiring a steep climb and often someone will take your assigned spot.
Breakfast is satisfactory, but eggs and fruit are to be avoided when they sit out for too long. Staff are friendly and helpful. The spa is underwhelming due to a jacuzzi no warmer than a pool. Decent sauna and spa.

Very nice place with beautiful scenery and very friendly staff. For spa and breakfast you need to reserve in advance but spa was very relaxing.

We got the giewont room and it was very romantic and nice to be in. Very nice view where you can clearly see Giewont, kitchen has a capsule coffee machine, basic appliances. The breakfast doesn't have many options, but the food have quality and is tasty, its enough to fill up. The only negative is that to get to apartment you have to go up a steep hill and after day of hiking it can be challenging. The staff was also friendly and the sauna, although small, enough to relax after hiking.

The worst place to stay!!
To start with, the staff is unfriendly, to say the least of it. When you ask smth it seems as u force them to help and to get some information. We asked if they have disposable slippers to go to the sauna and the receptionist said “ it’s not a hotel you have to rent a room in the hotel if you want those “facilities”” and you can’t even buy them. It’s logical that if you have sauna there must be that stuff to buy.
The breakfast is awful!!! The cheapest meal is served and the variety is poor.
Moreover, the “spa zone” is sooo tiny. There is one jacuzzi for 4 and two saunas. They allow 12 persons to visit it at once. It’s just impossible to relax as the place is exceedingly small.

Jacuzzi not fully operating (some of the jets not working) when questioned reception we were told they are waiting for parts. I think we should be informed on start to avoid disappointment .
Unfortunately water in jacuzzi on day 3 of our stay was very unfresh, instead of chlorine you can smell sewage, mustiness. Couldn't force myself to stay in...
We enjoyed breakfast option, wide variety of local products, well presented
The apartment we were in was very clean and equipped in basic stuff, don't think u need more on few day vacation stay.
Lovely views from where we were.
Building is very quiet, in spite of many neighbours we were not disturbed with any noise

Room wasn't as advertised . No cleaning sheets service. stained mattress reception closes whenever it wants to . No spa on site . You must book in advance sauna and breakfast time slots never available for sauna. curtain blind doesnt fully shut . Woodlog fire you must pay for . Shower ones out like a tap . No one talks english needed translator they charging people 120 a night the place with 20 or 30 a night tops would never go here again . Steep hills to get to apartment . But if you want leg work your like the steep walk up . Only thing nice was bathroom looked nice but shower water came out like a tap .breakfast food looked like it was saved from day before. Think all the nicer reviews are friends of the owners

In 2019, very nice place this is my second time staying here the place is incredible and the stuff we're very helpful everyone one enjoyed the hotel with an amazing view and its suitable for family.

So welcoming, so friendly and what amazing value!

We visited Zakopane in May and our timing was perfect! The apartment we stayed in had amazing views as you can see. We had two rooms, a great living area and a nice little kitchen.

Not only was the apartment great but our hosts were amazingly friendly too.

The crowning glory was the lovely spa where we had a great massage - just what you needed after a day out walking in the mountains!

Such lovely place. Apartment was spacious with quality facilities. The location is quite attractive even the road is kind of long and narrow. I did enjoy the views. Nice spa included was great relief after intense daily climbing in Tatra Mountains. I do recommend.
