Nice hotel, clean, tidy, plenty of parking. Staff helpful. Rooms a good size, balcony with lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast good. We only stayed one night but ideal for what we wanted. Good location as walking distance of the centre but out of the very busy area.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions, and the breakfast served was of good quality.

Room and placement were top-notch. The bar was dull, both in ambience and in choice of drinks. The breakfast buffet was also bland and severely lacking in choice.

If you are looking for a quiet resort away from civilization this isnt it. As a matter of fact, if you are looking for a quaint mountain resort, Zakopane is not your town. Cute place, very close to Gubałówka and Krupówki. It got cold and the owner made sure that we stayed warm. Huge plus was breakfast. It was delicious and there was a lot of variety so anyone could find something.

We liked it. There was a mix up with the rooms but was quickly resolved. 2 grumbles.. one, the shower door was mounted on the outside of the shower so all the water poured onto the bathroom floor. This is a good stay, well positioned in Zakopane. The rooms were spacious, and offered good natural lighting. Only gripe was that the rooms tended to get reasonably hot, even with the windows open… some provisions like a pedestal fan, or AC would be nice. Though I recognise the building is probably built for the Polish winter, thus it’s insulated to keep heat in.

The location is excellent, but the rooms are unfortunately very small. The bathroom only needs a complete renovation, not regular use (cracked old tiles, a loose toilet, mold). Very nice experience, I booked room directly without any website, and it was cheaper. Very nice service, great breakfast, self check in possible. Staff had always smile on there face. Parking free. The villa is beautiful, rooms are small, but clean and very nice. Staff were kind and helpful, breakfast delicious and diverse. The locality is quiet, approx. kilometer from centre, but there are shops in the neighborhood and restaurants as well. In front of the villa is a bus stop. Free parking is possible in the front garden of villa.

This place is absolutely amazing! I'm staying here with my girlfriend now and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this villa. All the staff are all very kind and always help if it's needed. Check in was ok. Room accommodations not prepared with separate twin beds, but quickly corrected. The property very attractive, and family friendly, but a lot of kids. It was very noisy and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and could not visit during the hours. I was very disappointed.

The location is great, from this place it is close to everywhere. There is also a bus stop right in front of you if you don't want to take your car. The nearest Aquapark is only 7 minutes away. The food is very tasty (I didn't even know many of the soups eaten there), and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. I had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. Pretty much the best you can expect from a cheap hotel. Mostly clean sheets, heating is working, alright place to sleep. Payed 20$ for the night, would've been disappointed if I payed more. Restaurant food is delicious, but the place closes at 18:00

Pretty basic hotel but did the job considering we weren't in the room too much. The room itself was very hot!! And considering we visiting in March when it was -2 we genuinely struggled to cool it down! The restaurant for the evenings is good prices & good food. Good basic accomodation, very reasonable price and great location including buffet breakfast each morning. Except for the periodic random sewerage smells that linger in the air both inside and outside the room. We dont spend much time in the accomodation so if you dont mind the old building and occasional whiff of smelly sulfur then its not that bad.
