We decided to spend our vacation in this hotel and it was the best choice. Very, very quiet place, the hotel is surrounded with trees an instead of spa you can rest there. Hotel room was ultra clean and mineral water was given daily free of vhargd. I appreciate ideal water temperature in pool, fitness room, room for children with toys and different activities and extra bonus - fantastic breakfast. Instead of having caffee from machine, the staff prepares it freshly according to your preferences. The same if you want to have eggs - they are prepared freshly, too. I appreciate different sorts of fish, fruits, cheeses and home made cakes. And staff - 10 points from 10. Thanks for this experience.

We had an amazing experience! The staff were all incredibly friendly and spoke very good English. From reception to the waiters, their attention to detail really stood out and made us feel welcome during our stay. The Spa was very relaxing and well maintained. The surroundings are beautiful too, with a peaceful forest perfect for a walk. Highly recommended!

It used to be our favorite hotel and during the week you will have there a nice place to relax. During the weekend it's more crowded and not so peaceful also the service is weaker during the weekend. We are coming here more than 9 years and comparing past experience it used to be better.

We went to Polanica for romantic weekend. It is a really beautoful hotel, located in the quiet area of Polanica, but still 10 min walk front the main street. Hotel itself offers two great restaurants, fantastic recreation area with swimming pool, saunas, and sun terace. SPA offer itself is reachest I've seen and Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Nothing to really complain about :))) We will be back in autum for sure !

As expected, perfect service, food from another planet, quiet and pieceful. For anyone who wishes to rest get a solid sleep and chillout, highly recommended

It's an amazing place to refresh yourself, access to the SPA zone (swimming pool and variety of different saunas, two jacuzzis, terrace, etc.). Surrounded by forest, which brings peace to your mind. The food is rather good as well.
The only downside is the price of course, it's slightly more expensive than I would expect (~20% less). However, you get what you pay for. Will definitely come back to revitalize.

It's really nice to be here. The staff is really nice and welcoming. I think that it's the most beautiful hotel I've been to. There is so much to do here. You can bike, swim and go to the spa. It's my third time being here and I will definitely go back to this amazing place in Polanica Zdrój

Whole experience ruined on the last day.
I have visited this hotel for a weekend including SPA program. On the last day I have found out that last treatment in SPA that was planned by hotel staff is finishing later around 11:30 then the time I have to leave my room 11:00. I have asked in the reception whether I am able to stay 1 hour longer in the room as I still have this treatment. I have been asked to leave the room despite new guests are coming not earlier then 15:00. Ridicules especially that they have created treatment schedule.
