Hotel Nowy Zdrój - Centrum Zdrowia I Wypoczynku in Polanica-Zdroj

Overall, our stay at the hotel was fine, however, there were many things that should be improved. For example, upon arrival at the hotel, we found out that not only do we have to pay a large price for our stay, we also had to pay for the parking, which in my opinion should be free, seeing that we payed such a price for the hotel. Moreover, we only received a meagre packet of shampoo for our first day at the hotel, and didn't receive any more for the rest of our time there- meaning that we had to get our own. Additionally, some of the staff at the hotel restaurant were unkind and unwelcoming, which was unpleasant. Another thing that I didn't enjoy about my stay was that we didn't get any tea or coffee sachets in our room. Any normal hotel should have complimentary tea and coffee sachets, yet this one didn't. What if someone wanted to drink tea or coffee in their rooms? I mean, what is this? price isn't cheap, yet the hotel certainly still has flaws.
