Great location. Nice rooms with view. There is paid parking. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and it is just a few meters from the beach. They rent beach towels.
The staff was friendly and everything was fine. Most employees speak German and some speak German and English too.
The place is pet and family friendly and includes 3 elevators.
The breakfast is good; they also offer dinner buffet.
The beach was just amazing!!

The Diune hotel is a pretty hotel in a great location. The hotel is big, a lot to do especially when you have kids. Swimming pool is great, the indoor playground is also awesome. We love the the breakfast Buffett, there is so so much to choose from.
The one big thing the bothered us the most was the staff! I have never met such a rude staff. First of all, they don’t speak English or German or at least not great. And on top of it, they are really rude and show they don’t care about you at all. I have never experienced this in another 5 stars hotel before. It’s like the staff hates you for being here. And with staff I mean the waiters, the rexception, the spa people - all of them. If you can ignore it, than you can have a really nice stay here

A wonderful wellness weekend
We had a huge 3-bedroom apartment, which was a bit large for us. However, we were told that the 2-bedroom apartment didn't have a balcony. The apartment was great: large, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the couch, which was quite old. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a huge selection. The staff were always polite and accommodating. The wellness area was very nice.

Friendly staff, nice food, relaxing moments in Wellness area. Lady at wellness reception was really kind and found always a solution for our massages. It's close to the beach and Promenade. 10 min with bikes to the harbour.
I can just recommend to visit Diune Hotel.

We where here between 15-17/10/2021, and it was disaster, we booked hotel via slevomat.CZ and still solving complaing which is not Solved. I dont know how the rest of hotel, but out apartment completly didnt have 5 star standard, mold in shower, stains on the couch, i will not try to find out where they came from. Dirt and scrumbs on couch, horrible smell from fridge and personnel? Didnt help us. We have prepaid unlimited entry to wellness, the didnt let us in. We didnt get access card, we cant light up in room. Never more!
