Staff were helpful and friendly.
Room was spacious.
Decor a little outdated in the rooms.
Decor in reception was fine.
Food was ok. Needed more variety of fruits like a fruit salad.
Could not watch tv because there was no remote. However I did not cate as we were busy most days.

A very good hotel overall. Room was clean and spacious, with very modern bathroom. Slight signs of aging, but nothing that really catches your eye too heavily. The hotel outside of the room is very good, feels pretty modern. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and are accommodating to customers speaking other languages. The breakfast is very nice, however is more of a selection of lighter items (bread, pastries, cereal) so if you are looking for something heavy for breakfast then this likely is not it. Location is an insanely strong point, being right next to a main bus stop served by many routes, 5 minutes walk from the shopping streets and public park, and a really good location to explore the entirety of Braga on foot. Would 100% recommend, had an amazing stay here!

I stayed one night here and everything was excellent. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet with a comfortable bed. The breakfast for €9 was great with different types of bread and fruit.

Location is good but service and room condition wasnt very good. House keeping staff was really nice. Front desk was just ok. No drinks were offered even I am gold member. Internet was really slow. Room is old and TV is very small, no water heating for coffee making, no real cups or glasses. Hotel was really cheap way of running no quality I see in Accor hotels.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very central. However, the room needs refurbishment. It needs painting. The curtains need replacing as they have holes in them. They only provided one towel per person, which had to be used as a face towel and a bath towel.

The location is great, right in the middle of Braga. The service is also very good and kind. However, there are some things lacking like wifi (if there is, there are no details about passwords or how to connect to it), no fridge, only one chair even though we are two guests. It's a great place for quality-price though.
