Cleaning deserves 20 stars, it was pristine!!!
The hotel is in a perfect area for tourists but also as quiet and cozy as possible! The staff are very kind and helpful and we were impressed by how comfortable our stay there was.

Centrally located hotel, though not very close to the subway stations. The room was a bit small but acceptable. The bathroom was poorly furnished, no bidet but it had a shower hose, a tiny sink, little space for toothbrushes, toothpaste and other toiletries. The shower was large but only had a single glass panel covering half of the shower tray, causing flooding during showers. There were also no wall hooks for towels. The staff were friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

There was no kettle in the room, but they provided one at the front desk. The amenities were minimal, but the heating worked well. The breakfast menu was basic and simple, with bread, ham, cheese, and yogurt, but it was delicious.

THIS HOTEL HAS A VERY AUTHENTIC PORTUGUESE FEEL. WE STAYED AT ROOM 504 WHICH WAS A CORNERED ROOM WITH STUNNING RIVER VIEW.

Overestimated. Due to it's location and ambience. The food was okay, but me and my wife ate cheaper in better restaurant in Portugal. Small portion for a big plate. Nice place; nice ambience; not so well maintained toilet we felt paying more for the location than for the food. I don't know if we would be back.
