Moov Hotel Porto Norte in Porto

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, nothing felt welcoming. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and made us feel like we weren’t wanted there. At one point, it even felt like they wanted to throw us out of the hotel for no valid reason. Instead of trying to help guests or solve problems, they seemed annoyed every time we asked a simple question.

The room itself was disappointing. It was not as clean as expected, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt cold and uninviting. I expected a much higher standard of service and comfort.

The breakfast was also extremely poor. There was very little variety, and most of the food looked unappetizing.

Overall, this hotel completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for good service, a comfortable room, or a decent breakfast. There are many better hotels in the area that actually care about their guests.

One last thing that really says it all: the only good thing about this hotel was the juice at breakfast. Everything else was simply terrible.

Ventilation / air conditioning is currently off in the whole hotel. Has been a hot week in Portugal. Bad night of sleep with window opened (noise). Reception wont turn on the ventilation, even if our complaints. Would have cancelled if I was informed during check in.
