I think this hotel deserves like 3.5 / 5. For a 4 star hotel with the great reviews that it had I expected a bit more. The rooms had very little noise proofing, probably the second worst hotel I've ever stayed at in that regard. If I didn't have earplugs I think this review would be much less optimistic. Also I'm used to traveling in Europe so I know no AC is common, but it was hot even by European standards. They needed to open some windows or get some shades or something. That said the service was excellent and the staff were great. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I didn't eat but the food looked excellent. And the location was really good. I rounded to 4/5 for the good stuff but all things considered, for the price I'd probably stay somewhere else nearby.

The location was very good.
The suite was not what we expected. it could be cleaner, it smelled like nobody opened the windows for some time and the sink was almost completely blocked. There is a reception lady called Maria, who is really unfriendly and unpleasant. She does not greet back most of the time and if you ask her something, she answers very rudely. The other receptionists were friendly.
I will never come back to this hotel and cannot recommend it, if you want to have a nice stay.

This placed saved me! I ended up at 1am without accommodation, I came there it was closed but the night guard saw me and let me in. He found me one last room and I could rest and recharge. He was super nice and calm, and it was what I needed because I was very stressed. Thank you Artur! You are the beast and really you saved me! Room was clean, quiet with working ac. Location in perfect - a lot of bars and restaurants in walkable distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request.

Unbeatable service!
We made the booking wrongly and we arrived the day after we were supposed to. Which made us stay one more night that what we booked, we didn’t stay the first night booked.
They just moved the booking so the total nights fitted whith our needs WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE!
Absolutely recommendable!
If we come back to Porto, no need to wonder which hotel we’ll book.
By the way, rooms are fine and comfortable for the price payed.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and helped with parking. The hotel is in a good area, loads of restaurants and cafes nearby and easy to walk to anywhere in 10-15 minutes. At night the hotel was quiet and easy to relax

I stayed here for one night and worst mistake. This place has bed bugs. I woke up covered in bites all over my arms. I reported this hotel to ******* and immediately asked for a refund
