The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and helped with parking. The hotel is in a good area, loads of restaurants and cafes nearby and easy to walk to anywhere in 10-15 minutes. At night the hotel was quiet and easy to relax

Air conditioning did not work the first night and it was hard to sleep. The second day they changed our room. It was ok after that.

I stayed here for one night and worst mistake. This place has bed bugs. I woke up covered in bites all over my arms. I reported this hotel to ******* and immediately asked for a refund

The hotel location was a little hard to find at the beginning. The services was excellent for both the front desk attendants. A little far from tourist areas I like the hotel a lot because of the excitement services. My room was comfortable, nice and clean.

The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was fine but nothing great. It also was not varied much day-to-day. The AC didn't work great and kind of worked as it wanted to. The bathrooms were nice and the shower was good. The hotel is in a good area but be prepared for walking steep hills if you're not in a car. Overall it's a fine stay. Nothing stellar but not bad.

Friendliness is defiantly the reason I would come back to again ! Not only the location is pretty Centre, the staff made the experience of the stay so welcoming ! I Would recommend it to all the travelers in Porto !

Clearly tries to be an elitist restaurant, where the looks count more than the food. But for the price, serves acceptable menus. And this considering the average Porto prices.
