Very quiet at night, big bedroom and even bigger siting area, well equipped kitchen. Not enough daylight

Extremely vile and disgusting woman that operates 18A in Sintra guest houses. I believe her name to be Marlene but she changes it each time she gets into trouble. Stay away. Bait and switch and it’s an absolute PAIN dealing with those folks. They know they’re being manipulative and will fool you with consistent customer service until you notice the shady tactics. Just get a hotel.

Good size apartment ideal for a couple
Good size apartment ideal for a couple. Stairs to bedroom and toilet were somewhat different and not easy to anyone with mobility issues though ok for myself. Very clean with all necessary commodities/utensils. Will book again when in area.

Lovely quiet place and location in the heart of Sintra. We loved it

Lovely charming apartment. Very clean, and well appointed with fridge and cooking facilities if you need. The shower stall was the tightest I have seen, but otherwise comfortable. Very centrally located on a quiet street with a cafe just round the corner. coffee pods were 0.25 Euros if you used them. Two could sleep on a sofa cum bed in the living area. The bedroom has a closet and comfortable bed for two. BEWARE - driving in Sintra is not a joke if you are not used to (a) narrow roads, (b) steep inclines, (c) three point turns - both up and down - with the next car and/or a steep drop on top of you. I am used to manual shift but the whole experience was stressful. Parking is another challenge. Be ready for 40 Euro per day parking. Locals would know the free parking places but as a visitor, you would not. So, taking public transport to Sintra is advisable, and if you must, rent a car after your Sintra visit, from a different place (e.g. Lisbon/Cascais).

The house is nice and the price for the 2 bedroom was reasonable. The view was nice on a hill. Wifi was good. Amenities were fine with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and more. The house was clean. The only issue we saw was that one of the walk in closets had mold on the walls so we could not use it. Also hot (or even warm) water was not available all the time. I think the boiler was too small for the number of people they had in the house. Communication was good and check in was seamless. Overall good experience and I would stay there again.

The standard of accommodation was poor but it was in a very good location

Horrible area for parking, streets very narrow, the apartment dosen't have elevator, both matresses in very bad conditions, all the facilities very poor and inadequate.
Of course, we will not come back.
