The room felt quite warm despite having the air-con on, as it seemed to adjust auto based on the outdoor temperature. There was also a slightly dusty smell, and the ventilation could have been better.
During check-in, we were informed that luggage storage for a few days would be allowed as we were returning for another stay. However, at check-out, a different concierge staff member declined our request rather abruptly, even after we explained what we had been told earlier. We completely understand if overnight storage is unavailable due to limited space. However, a more polite explanation and a brief apology for the confusion would have been appreciated.

Good location next to train station. Easy to walk to. Excellent breakfast, should have chosen the included option. Very clean quiet and safe. The door handle for the bathroom was loose and difficult to manoeuvre.

Very nice and lovely place! Modern location with live music. The service is excellent! I was at the bar so I could see the preparation and the guys there were soooo lovely, got so many pieces to try!!!! ❤️❤️ The food is fresh and the sushi menu has very unique stuff...oh there is live-music ????

Teeny tiny and very local but the most fantastic suckling pig you can imagine. Full of locals at lunchtime which says a lot. Well worth the 15 min walk from the cable car area.
