From the moment we arrived the front desk staff were so attentive. They gave us a up grade room on the 7th floor that was just amazing this hotel is so relaxing and everything you need is in the room one of the best city hotels we have stayed in. Food and drinks very good to not expensive for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was fantastic! Breakfast was great, good selection and option to order off the menu. We used the spa facilities twice over our 4 day stay and loved it. I got a facial which was excellent, although note that treatments are pricey. Overall would highly

Cosy and posh hotel. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, and the bistro and bar in the hotel serves most the need for guests.

Fantastic central location - couldn't have asked for better. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were brilliant - friendly faces and efficient with everything we asked for. What really makes this place special though is the building itself. It's stunning with gorgeous architectural details. The interior design is elegant without being stuffy. All in all, a real gem that ticks all the boxes for comfort, service and style.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Central location - perfect for shopping, eating and sightseeing. Very quiet (we had a room in the new section facing the courtyard). Breakfast - delicious, fresh, varied. Service throughout - helpful, friendly, efficient, always ready to make our stay comfortable. SPA - pool, more like a jacuzzi with very warm water, good deep tissue massage. Bar - very nice barman, generally good cocktails, especially a well balanced daiquiri.

I loved this place and to me this is what a city break hotel should be. Great breakfast, the staff working the lobby were very helpful. They even helped me with a great restaurant recommendation which turned out to be. The room may be a bit small for some.

Spent a 3 day city break here. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return.
