Amazing hotel with great amenities, personnel, food. The only downside for me was that the gym lacked even the very basics (not even a set of dumbbells/kettlebells, just cardio machines).

Nice clean comfortable hotel rooms. Shame that they accommodate too many children. In all fairness I was there for 3 nights the first 2 very good but on the last night, they must of put all the children on my floor. These children are at an age were they simply don't have the brain capacity to think. They were banging doors making noise till around 5 in the morning thus meaning I struggled to sleep...

The room was fantastic, with a window facing the square and a small balcony right outside – perfect for enjoying the view and having coffee! The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to all the attractions. The service was great; you can tell the front desk you want a room facing the square when you check in, as other rooms might not have such a good view.

I was in Porto and wanted to borrow a blanket from the hotel to go out in the heavy rain, but the hotel said they didn't offer that service. Also, most drivers didn't know how to park in front of the hotel, and the hotel didn't provide clear instructions. If you have a lot of luggage and it's raining, it's really terrible. The hotel's location is excellent.

The location is optimal for visiting Porto's main tourist attractions, but customer service, service processing time, and room assignments are very unsatisfactory.

Our room 413 is facing the middle light well. There was a constant ventilation fan noise over night. This made us difficult to sleep.

The location is convenient, close to many attractions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were all complete. The restaurant downstairs offers discounted meals for guests. Outside the hotel is a plaza with a market. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The location was good and the facilities were good. It was right in front of Heroismo station, so it was only one stop from Campanha station and it was good for coming from Lisbon. The staff wasn't very friendly, but maybe that's just how Porto is, I didn't feel friendly in Lisbon either.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with this particular room type also featuring a small balcony. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed and impeccably clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, offering a wide variety of dishes, though the selection remained largely the same day after day. The room was excellent and very spacious. However, I had to go down to reception to get a toothbrush. The location is fantastic, with the metro station right around the corner. It's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and 20 minutes to the city center. There's a bar right opposite the hotel, which was a nice bonus. And it was very quiet.

The off-season price was really good, just like the reviews mentioned. However, the lighting in the room was quite poor; I could barely see anything. They gave me a room not facing the street, which was very quiet. But the heating wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk, and they said a lot of things I didn't quite understand. Maybe it just won't activate if the temperature isn't low enough.

The hotel looked nice initially, and we thought everything was great. However, it was horrifying to return to our room two days in a row and find several bugs in the toilet. They seemed to be coming out of the wall, as they could disappear back into it. Also, there's a really steep hill to climb to get to the hotel from the station.

We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

The location is near the University of Porto, so it is far from tourist attractions, but it is a 4-star hotel, so many details are excellent. The breakfast was too poor. It was the best meal I had when I stayed there 5 years ago.

The staff were excellent and were able to speak clearly to us in English. The location was perfect for getting food and travel to spaces. We used Uber to get to places which were fast and cheap. The spa facilities were amazing, the only downside was that I had to pay for slippers (foam) and a cap. Lots of variety for breakfast!! Would recommend this place and will be back!!!

The place is quiet, but it is a comparative experience

It's located next to the FC Porto stadium and a large shopping mall, and the supermarket is just a minute's walk away, so it was very convenient. It's about a 5-minute taxi ride from Campanha Station. It was a very comfortable stay. I'd like to use it again when I come to Porto.

It is a good hotel if you go by car because then to go to the center you have to take public transport that is not very close and also if you go with your family it is more profitable to take Uber!

Attending a business event nearby, I chose Neya Hotel. Its location is superb, right by the Douro River. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The price was incredibly competitive, making it the perfect choice for a business trip. I had a wonderful stay here; everything was perfectly arranged.

The location isn't exactly city center, but honestly, this was the best value hotel of our entire Europe trip. A taxi to the city center was about 8 euros. The room was lovely and comfortable, and we upgraded to a river view for 35 euros.

Loved staying at this very beautiful and elegant hotel. Only area of minor discontent was darkness of the room and being on the first floor proximity to outside (literally 1 foot away,) so had to keep curtains drawn for any semblance of privacy.
