The hotel was very uncooperative. I booked with them before, but I did not expect this form of treatment.
The staff is so friendly , so clean , yummy , breakfast
We booked this hotel which is not close to the city centre to be able to have a pool to relax after a day visiting Porto. Uber was very affordable if you are in a group, if not, there is an easy bus service to reach the city. There are some options for an evening meal+ supermarket in the area but nothing extraordinary. Dinner in the hotel looked good but we didn't have dinner only breakfast which was...
Rooms cleaned regularly, nice sized room, people very friendly and helpful and a good breakfast too
Amazing hotel with great amenities, personnel, food. The only downside for me was that the gym lacked even the very basics (not even a set of dumbbells/kettlebells, just cardio machines).
Room was clean and simple, The rooftop bar/pool was really nice

Excellent central location. Metro right in front of the hotel. Central location walkable to all major locations, plenty of restaurants around. Hotel is luxury and the room is great too! Would definitely come back again.
Great location if first time in Porto, super close and walkable to all touristy attractions. Room was great and reasonably quiet as there are lots of constructions happening around the city. The staff are polite and friendly, definitely will be staying here next time.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants...
The room is spacious and clean. The staff is courteous. The location is excellent. We walked everywhere Overall better than I expected
Nice staff and hotel!!! It is convenient to famous sights, will visit again!!
The room was clean and tidy, and the location was great, within walking distance of the train station. However, there were a lot of tour groups, so the lobby was a bit noisy.

Porto, Praca da Batalha 62 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was fantastic, with a window facing the square and a small balcony right outside – perfect for enjoying the view and having coffee! The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to all the attractions. The service was great; you can tell the front desk you want a room facing the square when you check in, as other rooms might not have such a good view.
I was in Porto and wanted to borrow a blanket from the hotel to go out in the heavy rain, but the hotel said they didn't offer that service. Also, most drivers didn't know how to park in front of the hotel, and the hotel didn't provide clear instructions. If you have a lot of luggage and it's raining, it's really terrible. The hotel's location is excellent.
Great location. Easy access most attractions point. Staff Friendly and helpful
The location is optimal for visiting Porto's main tourist attractions, but customer service, service processing time, and room assignments are very unsatisfactory.
Our room 413 is facing the middle light well. There was a constant ventilation fan noise over night. This made us difficult to sleep.
The location is convenient, close to many attractions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were all complete. The restaurant downstairs offers discounted meals for guests. Outside the hotel is a plaza with a market. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Amazing hotel in Porto. Right next door to Heroísmo station. Very convenient. Highly recommended.

Hotel location was a bit far away from the center area but there were some grocery stores and place to eat around the hotel! Everything was very clean!
The location was good and the facilities were good. It was right in front of Heroismo station, so it was only one stop from Campanha station and it was good for coming from Lisbon. The staff wasn't very friendly, but maybe that's just how Porto is, I didn't feel friendly in Lisbon either.
The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with this particular room type also featuring a small balcony. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed and impeccably clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, offering a wide variety of dishes, though the selection remained largely the same day after day. The dining area and the hotel's overall ambiance were stylish and comfortable.
The room was excellent and very spacious. However, I had to go down to reception to get a toothbrush. The location is fantastic, with the metro station right around the corner. It's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and 20 minutes to the city center. There's a bar right opposite the hotel, which was a nice bonus. And it was very quiet.

The hotel is located at a great location close to Trindade station, the premium room is not so big, there is only a tabouret, the bed is quite hard to sleep on and making noise when you move around. The water pressure in the shower was good.I had an issue with the sink and it was fixed lmmediately. The elevator was making weird noise and it was fixed after I reported it. There is a bar on the 9th floor...
Pleasant and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable environment. I will surely visit again 😃
Enjoyed my stay at Yotel Porto. Location is around 5 minutes walk from Trindade metro station for connections to airport. Room was great, powerful rainforest shower. I found the staff to be very helpful and professional. My only criticism would be there are illuminated light switches and controls in the room which don’t switch off / darken therefore the room is not completely dark for sleeping which...
The off-season price was really good, just like the reviews mentioned. However, the lighting in the room was quite poor; I could barely see anything. They gave me a room not facing the street, which was very quiet. But the heating wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk, and they said a lot of things I didn't quite understand. Maybe it just won't activate if the temperature isn't low enough.
The hotel looked nice initially, and we thought everything was great. However, it was horrifying to return to our room two days in a row and find several bugs in the toilet. They seemed to be coming out of the wall, as they could disappear back into it. Also, there's a really steep hill to climb to get to the hotel from the station.
The hotel looks quite new, and the room lighting is very trendy; you can adjust many colors yourself. There are many supermarkets nearby, which is great for shopping. I stayed here for three days and was very satisfied! 100 points.

The room is clean. The bathroom is spotless. The shower drain is a bit slow; therefore the water does accumulate a bit. Breakfast contains scramble eggs, sausages, pancakes, mushrooms, hard broiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, croissants, Portuguese egg tarts, bread, juices, coffee, tea and champagne. Check in was fast.
Good friendly hotel and very close by to the town. I like the bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean . Me and my friends , three of us they upgrade our room to suites . We got two rooms together . The breakfast is very good, lovely nice food, a lot of variety they even have cave wine in the morning .
The room was large, modern and very comfortable. Great service and excellent breakfast.
Very nice hotel, not too far from town.
The hotel is not so close to the center, around 30 moon walk, but the bus stop is just a minute away so it's quite convenient to get there. The hotel is new and has a nice design.
Very nice and friendly hotel staff, excellent location and breakfast, very comfortable stay! Highly recommend!

Facilities: Decent, they even have a bathtub, and provide toothbrushes, shower caps, hand soap, and shower gel, but no slippers. Cleanliness: Alright. Environment: Typical budget hotel. Service: The front desk staff was quite enthusiastic. Location: Excellent, very convenient for transportation.
A good 4* hotel in the middle of city on the main Santa Catarina road which is the main walking street of the city. Cafe Majestic is only a five minute walk from this hotel. Good start for families, couples and solo alike.
Good location, good service, good amenities. Perfect to stay in downtown.
The hotel is basic but conveniently located. We opted to include breakfast for our last day, but the selection was limited and a bit disappointing. Overall is good. Porto is a nice place. love it!
Great location with everything nearby. Hotel staff were helpful and showed us alternative (cheaper at EUR12 vs 25 at the hotel) parking nearby besides at the hotel. Room air conditioning was suspect and the room a bit stuffy. They changed my room but the other room was the same so guessing it’s a building wide thing.
Excellent location as it has easy access to eateries, metro stations and attractions. Room is spacious and well lit, with toiletries and coffee tea making facilities. Front desk are all helpful and friendly. We would come back and stay for our future trips and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

Good service and location. Clean & comfortable Good breakfast and juice especially fresh orange juice
Good hotel. However probably not worth 5 stars, but only 4. A few reasons/recommendations: 1) pool has rust stains everywhere and wood around the pool is old and sometimes even broken. This is the biggest miss. 2) breakfast cook does not know how to make eggs royal, they however offer customised breakfast 3) no possibility to order drinks around the pool 4) There is a doorman, but he has never provided...

The location is average, a little far from the city center, and the hotel is a bit old. The room is big, but the equipment is old and the hygiene quality is average. I probably won't choose this hotel again next time.
The bathroom sink was leaking and covering with towels didn’t help at all. Spacious room at convenient location, shopping mall is just right next to the hotel.
The room is large, the air conditioning is adequate, the bed is of moderate firmness, and there are sufficient supporting facilities nearby (restaurants and shopping)

It's very good. HF puts several hotels under its umbrella together, so we went to the HF next door at first.
A very good hotel. The room is large and comfortable. A large bottle of distilled water is placed on the table every day. Slippers and laundry bags are provided (many hotels no longer have this). This place is excellent! Food is great, location is super and the staff is always incredible. I've stayed here a couple of times and would continue to do so.

Location have few restorans nearby walking distance but its not a commercial area. No metro station nearby. Lots of tourist. Ok breakfast at ground floor.
We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.
The location is near the University of Porto, so it is far from tourist attractions, but it is a 4-star hotel, so many details are excellent. The breakfast was too poor. It was the best meal I had when I stayed there 5 years ago.
Well located in the Porto area
Well located hotel. With excellent service from the staff.
The staff were excellent and were able to speak clearly to us in English. The location was perfect for getting food and travel to spaces. We used Uber to get to places which were fast and cheap. The spa facilities were amazing, the only downside was that I had to pay for slippers (foam) and a cap. Lots of variety for breakfast!! Would recommend this place and will be back!!!

The location isn't exactly city center, but honestly, this was the best value hotel of our entire Europe trip. A taxi to the city center was about 8 euros. The room was lovely and comfortable, and we upgraded to a river view for 35 euros.
