Flawless! A great new hotel in a fantastic location. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious, very comfortable, and affordable—immaculately clean! Tips for visiting: Don't forget the essentials.

A great hotel to stay at. It has a beautiful aesthetic and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location, in a nice area, close to lots of great bars and restaurants. My only hope is that I can get the same prices next time, as I see this is becoming a very popular choice!

A new hotel with very attentive staff. The rooms are very nice, with excellent bedding. The breakfast buffet is varied. Another advantage is its location on a fairly busy and central street, perfect for exploring Porto's city center on foot. Don't worry about noise; the double glazing is perfect!

Very convenient to main sights, parking garage is easy and next door. Could use a little more room in the bathroom (small sink), but otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Cutest clean boutique stay in hottest area. Center of everything and really charming place & staff

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Porto, and an easy walking distance to all the major sights. Check-in was a breeze, the staff were incredibly accommodating, and the room was spotless and exactly as described. Valentina’s, the hotel restaurant, serves fantastic pasta and has some of the friendliest servers I met on the trip. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

We stayed here for our honeymoon.

Location: 3 minutes from Lello Bookstore, 10 minutes from São Bento Station, 5 minutes from a supermarket
Service: The staff were very friendly. The hotel had a slightly hip vibe.
Breakfast: It was much more varied and delicious than any breakfast I've had in Lisbon. I highly recommend it.

The price was reasonable, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's the best value accommodation.

Upon arrival, was underwhelmed by the staff…not very friendly or welcoming. When we saw our room which was a “garden view” I was shocked to see what looked like a war zone…there was no garden view to be seen. Called the reception three times yet phone kept disconnecting every time they answered. Finally someone came up to our room to ask if everything was ok, I shared my disappointment and was told they agreed with the lack of view and would try to find a different room. We were moved to the first floor which was no better but were promised a better room the next night. Needless to say, we did not sleep in what felt like a dungeon room but were moved to the fourth floor for night number two. This room was better but were surprised that no one asked us about our room etc. We asked for directions to the port and the staff were not exactly warm or helpful. The room smelled musty, especially the bathroom! On our final night, we called down to the reception to ask if they had a scale to weigh luggage and were told they would call back to let us know. No one called back! When we checked out this morning, we were asked to pay for the city tax and that was it…the service and lack of professionalism at this hotel was extremely disappointing!!

Clearly tries to be an elitist restaurant, where the looks count more than the food. But for the price, serves acceptable menus. And this considering the average Porto prices.
The service was good, but openly not so friendly when you come with vouchers.
