Good breakfast. It is clean, convenient. It provides sauna, gym, pool, and a spa, multiple restaurants. A very good place to stay in.
We loved our stay here, the decor in the lobby was amazing, great staff, very clean room, what can I say more, will definitely come back. Thank-you
We really enjoyed our pasta dishes and the host/chef were very welcoming <3
Had a great time and the server was super sweet and caring, her name was Waine. She really made the out dinner special and worth the time. 10/10 for serve and Thank you Waine for making it special.

Stayed in the hotel for three nights with my husband and our three year old. All the staff were helpful and friendly on reception. Our room was on 13th floor and kept clean every day. We had a mini bar in the room, safe and hair dryer. Decor a bit dated but we didn't mind that. A few English channels on the TV. The best part for us was the swimming pool on 19th floor, our son loved it and fantastic...

Porto, Praca da Batalha 62 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was fantastic, with a window facing the square and a small balcony right outside – perfect for enjoying the view and having coffee! The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to all the attractions. The service was great; you can tell the front desk you want a room facing the square when you check in, as other rooms might not have such a good view.
I was in Porto and wanted to borrow a blanket from the hotel to go out in the heavy rain, but the hotel said they didn't offer that service. Also, most drivers didn't know how to park in front of the hotel, and the hotel didn't provide clear instructions. If you have a lot of luggage and it's raining, it's really terrible. The hotel's location is excellent.
Great location. Easy access most attractions point. Staff Friendly and helpful
The location is optimal for visiting Porto's main tourist attractions, but customer service, service processing time, and room assignments are very unsatisfactory.
Our room 413 is facing the middle light well. There was a constant ventilation fan noise over night. This made us difficult to sleep.
The location is convenient, close to many attractions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were all complete. The restaurant downstairs offers discounted meals for guests. Outside the hotel is a plaza with a market. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Amazing hotel in Porto. Right next door to Heroísmo station. Very convenient. Highly recommended.
Hotel location was a bit far away from the center area but there were some grocery stores and place to eat around the hotel!
Everything was very clean!
Hotel location was a bit far away from the center area but there were some grocery stores and place to eat around the hotel!
Everything was very clean!
The location was good and the facilities were good. It was right in front of Heroismo station, so it was only one stop from Campanha station and it was good for coming from Lisbon. The staff wasn't very friendly, but maybe that's just how Porto is, I didn't feel friendly in Lisbon either.
The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with this particular room type also featuring a small balcony. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed and impeccably clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, offering a wide variety of dishes, though the selection remained largely the same day after day. The dining area and the hotel's overall ambiance were stylish and comfortable.
The room was excellent and very spacious. However, I had to go down to reception to get a toothbrush. The location is fantastic, with the metro station right around the corner. It's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and 20 minutes to the city center. There's a bar right opposite the hotel, which was a nice bonus. And it was very quiet.

Porto, R. de Gonçalo Cristóvão 206 216 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is located at a great location close to Trindade station, the premium room is not so big, there is only a tabouret, the bed is quite hard to sleep on and making noise when you move around. The water pressure in the shower was good.I had an issue with the sink and it was fixed lmmediately. The elevator was making weird noise and it was fixed after I reported it. There is a bar on the 9th floor...
Pleasant and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable environment. I will surely visit again 😃
Enjoyed my stay at Yotel Porto. Location is around 5 minutes walk from Trindade metro station for connections to airport. Room was great, powerful rainforest shower. I found the staff to be very helpful and professional. My only criticism would be there are illuminated light switches and controls in the room which don’t switch off / darken therefore the room is not completely dark for sleeping which...
The off-season price was really good, just like the reviews mentioned. However, the lighting in the room was quite poor; I could barely see anything. They gave me a room not facing the street, which was very quiet. But the heating wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk, and they said a lot of things I didn't quite understand. Maybe it just won't activate if the temperature isn't low enough.
The hotel looked nice initially, and we thought everything was great. However, it was horrifying to return to our room two days in a row and find several bugs in the toilet. They seemed to be coming out of the wall, as they could disappear back into it. Also, there's a really steep hill to climb to get to the hotel from the station.
The hotel looks quite new, and the room lighting is very trendy; you can adjust many colors yourself. There are many supermarkets nearby, which is great for shopping. I stayed here for three days and was very satisfied! 100 points.

Porto, Rua Maria Feliciana, 100 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Location have few restorans nearby walking distance but its not a commercial area. No metro station nearby. Lots of tourist. Ok breakfast at ground floor.
We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.
The location is near the University of Porto, so it is far from tourist attractions, but it is a 4-star hotel, so many details are excellent.
The breakfast was too poor. It was the best meal I had when I stayed there 5 years ago.
Well located in the Porto area
Well located hotel. With excellent service from the staff.
The staff were excellent and were able to speak clearly to us in English. The location was perfect for getting food and travel to spaces. We used Uber to get to places which were fast and cheap. The spa facilities were amazing, the only downside was that I had to pay for slippers (foam) and a cap. Lots of variety for breakfast!! Would recommend this place and will be back!!!

Excellent location to watch a match at FC Porto stadium, 2 minutes walk and 4 stops from the metro to the centre.
The place is quiet, but it is a comparative experience
It's located next to the FC Porto stadium and a large shopping mall, and the supermarket is just a minute's walk away, so it was very convenient.
It's about a 5-minute taxi ride from Campanha Station.
It was a very comfortable stay. I'd like to use it again when I come to Porto.
I originally booked an apartment on BOOKING, but found it was cancelled for no reason the day before check-in, so I booked AC Hotel on Ctrip. The hotel is very good, the front desk staff is very friendly and speaks good English. There is a large shopping mall and a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. It is about a 5-minute walk from the Stadium subway station, which...
It is a good hotel if you go by car because then to go to the center you have to take public transport that is not very close and also if you go with your family it is more profitable to take Uber!
The service was topnotch. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is the best.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's by the river and quite peaceful.
Attending a business event nearby, I chose Neya Hotel. Its location is superb, right by the Douro River. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The price was incredibly competitive, making it the perfect choice for a business trip. I had a wonderful stay here; everything was perfectly arranged.
Very nice view from the room window
Lovely helpful staff, walkable to all attractions , clean, welcoming and loved the use of the bike
The location isn't exactly city center, but honestly, this was the best value hotel of our entire Europe trip. A taxi to the city center was about 8 euros. The room was lovely and comfortable, and we upgraded to a river view for 35 euros.
The hotel is 20 min walk from main centre, the rooms at the back have a very poor view . Although trip advisor showed a picture of a room I booked with river view and balcony I was given a non river view
This was trip advisors website fault for displaying wrong room and hotels for not correcting it.
However the hotel did change my room to river view as one was available.

The room is reasonably big. Hotel is 15-mins drive away from Porto old town area where you can find most of the tourist spots. No daily bottle water refills though.
Very clean and cozy hotel, the reception staff could not be more pleasant and helpful.
The accommodation was beautiful, breakfast was buffet and it offered varieties of meals. I recommend this hospitable abode and I will come back again.
Exceptionally clean , stayed in the jacuzzi suite - worth every penny . Staff helpful . Set in a neighbourhood opposite a school but yet , we had a very peaceful stay ! Will not hesitate to rebook if visiting Porto in the future
Our family of 8 stayed in this hotel. It was cheap, clean and hygienic, which exceeded our expectations. It was very cost-effective. If we go to Porto, we will choose here again.

good view, nice and clean bed, just beware of big birds in the balcony if youre eating outside.
Excellent and nothing yo complain about. The view is absolutely the nest.
Is a very good option in Porto river side view gonna miss Porto there and a convenient location 10 mins walk to the time out market
This hotel offers a truly exceptional river view. Even if it costs more, choose a room with a view of the Ruis Pont-de-France, and you won't regret it. The rooms are very clean and luxurious, well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly.
Nice hotel with perfect location and hospitality staffs. We experienced large scale electric power blackout in Spain & Portugal, including Porto, the 2nd day when we stayed.
Hotel provided necessary support for staying guest, including cold food water services and emergency Mobile electric power charge, so that no one worried about it until the power was resumed after 10 hours.
Will definitely choose...

Overall we have a satisfactory stay, love the water pressure is good, hot water is nice, toilet comes with bidet. But the hotel only provide 1 water where we two person staying in and when next day room cleaning also did not refill another water. The amenities are minimal.
The location is very convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and new, exceeding my expectations, and it even has a balcony, so I don't need to go downstairs to smoke.
Relaxing Ambience, helpful and friendly staff's , good location and very clean space
This hotel is new. Big comfortable bed, big shower and bathroom. The room has a bit of a smell of humidity or something, but was a comfortable and nice stay. We also got an upgrade which was great. They offer Nespresso coffee in the room and a bottle of water.
Very nice room in a modern style. Location is adequate with the metro station at 5-8 minutes walk. Nice facilities and very professional staff. Definitively a good choice when I return to Porto.
Generally, it is a good hotel for living but you may need to climb a little bit to get to there from the metro station. Anyway, it is close to the city centre with a fair price. Besides, we have faced the issue with our room card for several times, but the good thing is the staff is friendly and helped us for fixing the problem.

Amazingly clean and wonderful location by the river. Loved our stay!
What a lovely hotel. Firstly we were given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite over looking the river with everything we could need. We wish we were staying for longer than one night! The breakfast was so good, fantastic choices and good quality. Location was good too, slightly away from the centre but a lovely walk along the Douro river.
The breakfast was great, with a beautiful view facing the river.
Stayed in December. The heating function of the air conditioning was broken; it actually made the room colder when turned on.
The Hotel is in a very quiet riverside road, close to the last bridge of Port Duoro River. The heart of the Port can be reached by walking 1,5km, or take bus/tram.
Very fine designed style, from past Fish Market Structure.
The people are very nice and kind.

This hotel has clean rooms with the basics that you need, beds are slightly small ( maybe a small double size). Attentive staff, comfortable room, delicious and varied breakfast😌 I was impressed by the mineral water in the room as a compliment - the first time I see such a package. Nice lounge area and spacious garden to sit in the air or have a delicious cocktail. Thank you for the hospitality🤝

A good 4* hotel in the middle of city on the main Santa Catarina road which is the main walking street of the city. Cafe Majestic is only a five minute walk from this hotel. Good start for families, couples and solo alike.
Good location, good service, good amenities. Perfect to stay in downtown.
The hotel is basic but conveniently located. We opted to include breakfast for our last day, but the selection was limited and a bit disappointing. Overall is good. Porto is a nice place. love it!
Great location with everything nearby. Hotel staff were helpful and showed us alternative (cheaper at EUR12 vs 25 at the hotel) parking nearby besides at the hotel.
Room air conditioning was suspect and the room a bit stuffy. They changed my room but the other room was the same so guessing it’s a building wide thing.
Excellent location as it has easy access to eateries, metro stations and attractions. Room is spacious and well lit, with toiletries and coffee tea making facilities. A little out of the centre but clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed a night before we were booked in for the first night of an organised cycling trip . Staff had moved our bags to the new room while we were out sightseeing.
Fantastic food hall just through a door from the hotel with huge choice of food and beer!
The location was convenient and the room was clean. However, they assigned me a room with facilities for disabled people (probably because I requested to be close to the elevator), so the water tended to overflow when showering. Everything else was fine.
