I originally booked this hotel because Booking.com ranked it as a hotel that offers parking space. When I sent the information that I needed one, the hotel answers that they can't promise me a parking, because the parking slots are filled in the order that the customers arrive at the hotell(and cost 15€). So I didn't have the courage to drive in Porto downtown without knowing there is a parkin for me. I had to return my rental car to the airport and get to the hotell by Metro. Fortunately this was easy, the metro station is not too far from the hotell. The staff was very friendly and I got to leave my luggage to closet when I left the hotell to explore Porto. The room wasn't ready untill 4pm and I wanted to leave earlier. Porto Domus Hotel is a short walk from the central Porto. My room was nice and tidy. Unfortunately no soap in the shower. I had a good sleep. The breakfast room is small and cosy with Portuguese specialities. I Enjoyed my stay.

My silver earing was stolen in this hotel and rather than solving this problem they replied me that my earing wasn't lost in the hotel in booking.com. So be careful with your valueable things in this hotel, you might never get it back. Bonus, when talked with receptionist they won't talk in english.

Lovely hotel and location but slight hot water issues!

Good location, close to metro, restaurants. Free tea, coffee and cakes. The hotel is clean and cozy. Good value (booked via Booking).

The room was anice surprise, bigger and nicer than expected. The staff and service were great, the breakfast was also nice.
Location was great, within walkable distance from some of the nicest areas of Porto and with a bus station nearby.

The Porto Domus is in a quiet area but is fairly well located to most of Porto's tourist locations. Our room was comfortable. The bedroom area was small compensated by a large bathroom. Breakfast was limited with only one hot option, scrambled eggs which didn't look appetising. Coffee and cakes were available in reception all day, a nice touch. The hotel looks a bit tired and dull inside so it could do with a refurb. we found the staff friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a budget hotel with no frills, the Porto Domus fits the bill.

We had a great stay at Porto Domus Hotel. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily, which is a big plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent within walking distance of the city center, with lots of charming shopping streets and places to eat nearby. Everything is easily accessible on foot, and we never felt unsafe in the area. Food and drinks are plentiful, and there’s a really nice mercado just a few minutes away. Overall, it’s a perfect base to explore Porto!

The hosts are very welcoming. The hotel itself is very small, but incredibly convenient and comfortable. There is a store nearby where you can find everything you need.
