Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa in Porto

3.5 stars. Staff is very nice and professional, helpfull.
Rooms were clean and very spacious. However, for a 5 star hotel I would expect much nicer mattresses. They were super hard, extremely hard. We added two days to our visit to Porto and stayed here. The 1st 3 night were at Four Points by Sheraton in Matosinhos, they had much nice beds. After two nights here my hips, lower back and shoulders were hurting so much that it woke me up. The pillows are feather, and become flat quickly, not enough support especially where there is no plush euro top on the mattress. Bathroom was clean and big, somewhat dated, scrapes etc , but well maintained. A bit odd to have the blinds between bedroom and bathroom. We loved that our rooms were connected, makes it easy on the family.
Ice touch with slippers and robes, but if you're doing that, make sure you have them for kids as well, and add a step stool since the sink is high even for my tall 6 year old (especially since, when you book, you have to put ages of children, so you know on average how big they are).
