The team is unprofessional
The policies in place take precedence their profit rather that customer satisfaction or repeat client
They unfortunatly do not know anything about customer satisfaction, best preactices or hosting as hotiliers.
I would replace the management for such awakard and out of norm of norm policies
Never use this hotel if u expect service
The breakfast was too poor. It was the best meal I had when I stayed there 5 years ago.
