Trim, Castle Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very nice place to stay across from Trim Castle and an easy drive to Dublin Airport.
This hotel seems very new. It is right across from Trim Castle and the riverwalk. The views are fantastic. The room was very nice and more reasonable than many others at the same price.
Excellent staff, lovely hotel with excellent food, very close to the town centre. Trim itself was lovely to walk around.
Super location and great beverage and food options. Helpful staff and fast check-in and checkout.
Great location. Welcoming reception staff. Bedroom bright, very clean & quiet. Secure, free parking & great choice at breakfast. Overall would definitely stay here again.
Toilet is a little old and mattress is old too. Gym is too busy and packed

Clean and comfortable, but far away from city centre, need 10 minute walk to tram
Facilities: Complete and convenient, the hotel is very environmentally friendly
Sanitation: Clean and tidy, very comfortable
Service: Not bad, very close to Phoenix Park, easy to get to Phoenix Park to see 🦌
Very comfortable room and bed with very good quality pillows and duvet!
Still pretty good. Breakfast was very good.
Stay here! Every staff member goes beyond. They gave us an early check in on our arrival and even packed our breakfast to go when we left. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hop on , hop bud close by with the City Centre just a 15 to 20 min walk. You don’t have to stay in Dublin Centre, consider this hidden gem!

The room is not big, but clean. The window can be opened for ventilation. It is not far from the train station, airport bus station and Phoenix Park.
Conveniently located near the train station and park. Great for a solo traveller.
Cute and quiet hotel outside of the city center. The room was clean and the staff is very friendly.
Really Good Hotel, the Room was Quite and big. The Recepcionsits were really Friendly. They Clean the Room everyday. The Location is Great, really close from the Train Station and the Phoenix Park.
Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. There were several great pubs just round the corner and a nice cafe for breakfast. We walked everywhere but there were buses and trams nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
Easy to find food near the hotel, the shape of the room is a bit strange that both people cant see tv at the same time

My son and I love this hotel. We've just had our 3rd father-son Dublin holiday this year. Everyone working at Charleville Lodge Hotel is warm and friendly. The rooms are fantastic. Big, roomy, warm. Fab food on White Moose Café. A genuine 60 second walk to the Luas. Secure carpark. Great value (for Dublin). My son (8 yrs old) says " I love Charleville Hotel" I do too!
We stayed here for only one night and it was good value. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance from the center. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were pleasant. We enjoyed our short stay.
A welcoming lodging for a solo traveler. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoy my breakfast at the cafe. Great location to Pheonix Park when you want to take it easy in a beautiful park. Restaurants, shops, and grocery store nearby. It is a little further from city centre than I thought. Luckily Dublin has a good public transportation system and can catch the bus...
I’ve never felt so spoiled at a hotel. This place went to the extravagance of providing an additional tap with every sink (like 99% off sinks in the UK and Ireland). I thought the service was good and the staff lovely. One small gripe though: I did have to carry three separate little pics of paper up to my room (with Wi-Fi codes) but it was good exercise for me. I don’t mind walking and carrying things...
Location: Pretty much outside of the city center in the Northern Part, but this made it silent (except the few people who were enjoying their drinks outside) Reception: The lady at the reception was kind and gave us soe information where to find food late at night. Breakfast: We did not ask for breakfast, as we were leaving pretty early. Common Space: Although, we have not used it, looked appealing...

We stayed here in May for two nights.
The staff were most accommodating, very professional and extremely nice & friendly.

Hotel was extremely convenient to all destinations. Staff was very friendly, rooms were comfortable. Would definitely book again
Minimal selection on tv. Shower cramped because of grab bar. No fridge. No AC.
Breakfast was good large selection.
The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay there again
Excellent location- this is definitely the best part about this hotel, easy check in, and early too which is always nice. Breakfast hits the spot, the coffee is good and the food is excellent.
The room size is large among European hotels, and it is cleaned every day, supplies are replaced in a timely manner, and the hygienic condition is good. The surrounding environment is very good. Opposite is a whiskey factory museum built in 1856. The factory chimney has been transformed into an observation tower, which is very unique. Although it is not in a busy area, it only takes ten minutes to...
Nice hotel. Booked a triple room, and the size is considered big. The facilities are pretty new and decent. Got free water which is not common and a nice touch. Location is good in central Dublin, around 3-5 mins walk from the tram and bus stop. Kept the baggage and the hotel without problem. Overall a very good stay

Lovely room, lovely facilities, but no air conditioning in a room for 4 people! Not good enough for a place of this price.

Great price and fantastic location half way between the airport and Dublin CBD. Easy to catch bus line right outside the front of the hotel for easy access to the city. We had a great stay there
I have no complaints about the room or the hotel really in general but the phone in our room was broken so we couldn’t call down to the main desk when their were drunks in the hall at 3am.

I booked this hotel because I was planning a day trip to the Giant's Causeway and saw the early morning meeting point was right next to it. Great hotel for a great stay in Dublin
Lovely hotel for a stay in Dublin, has everything you need and staff are so kind and helpful
Lovely adventure!
We had a great stay. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. Breakfast buffet had tons of choices! Staff is super friendly here. What a lovely start to our Ireland vacation!
We stayed here for the location, mainly because it's right next to Hugh Lane gallery, where the tour to the Cliffs of Moher was. And if you take a short walk, you'll be right at O'Connell street, the main street in Dublin. One negative is their takeaway breakfast was not worth the €15 they charged. If you go on the early tours, then I suggest you get your own snacks before going.
As someone who is light- and audiosensitive at night, I had no trouble sleeping. I was quite worried about this as it's next to two main roads with frequent bus stops and a red light. Our rooms were always immaculately made when requested with the labels. We had a great time!

Staff is great and so friendly. Breakfast was ok but very repetitive. Room was very small- hard to open the suitcase. Area around the hotel was ok.
Property is in an excellent location! The room was a bit stuffy and you couldn’t get a window open for fresh air. Most people were leaving their doors open for air circulation. Was a bit smelly in the hallways.
If you want your room cleaned, you have to let us know. We let them know on the first day, and everything except the floor was cleaned.
The breakfast was very good; it's a buffet and everything was delicious.
They don't let you into your room until 3 p.m. If you want to get in before then, you have to pay 30 euros.
There are bus stops nearby.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Only 'complaint' would be poor guy in reception was running back and forth to the bar and reception on his own at check in. He did a great job and was very helpful.
Outdated and dirty but perfect location to get around major places in Dublin.
The building is so old, but everything is clean!
Very convenient location for airport coach stop at Upper O'Connell Street.
It’s a small hotel and it’s fine. Outdated room with no views but it’s clean bedsheet. It doesn’t worth the money if you pay over $70 USD for this hotel.
Very clean room and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, however it was possible to feel the junction between the two single beds. The room was in the basement level, the corridor have a strange smell, bur inside the room was fine. Bathroom is great with and bright.

Great position. Just far enough out to avoid late night noise but close enough to be part of it. Only gripe was no air conditioning. Room was boiling. Breakfast was very very good.
Staffs were friendly, location is great. As our room is near the lift, the only con would be the ‘slamming’ passage door from lift to rooms that causes quite a loud bang everytime someone opens it. But that’s an easy fix for the hotel. Overall still good hotel.
Excellent service with warm staff hospitily . Staff from desk to house keeping. All very friendly staff. This is amazing.
Great location, bar and service desk staff.
The stay was not pleasant, we had construction work on the room above ours starting from 8am until 6pm including Saturday and Sunday. Good location coz we can reach the hotel by aircoach and easy to go the attraction in the city. The staff let us checkin early coz room is available and i appreciate that.
The triple room is a bit tight for three people and amenities are completed. I like this hotel and the coffee down stair. The security is good coz you have to tab a room card before get in the elevator.
Was advertised as including parking, the parking is actually through a 3rd party which charges through the nose. €44 for less than 24 hours parking. Totally changes the value for money calculation.
That being said, it's a great location, decent rooms and very clean. Would be good value for money if you don't bring your car.
Slightly ditanced from the main crowd area like Ha Penny Bridge or Temple Bar area, but it is to our benefit.
