Really good choice for meals and well presented. Room near rooftop venue which had amazing view of castle. Enjoyed late checkout.
The staff everywhere we met greeted us with a smile and any questions we had were dealt with immediately and without fuss
I didn't stay here, I only had lunch while exploring the town. The food was lovely and the desert was perfect. Try the Banoffee pie! Lovely views out the window of Trim Castle.
Great food and excellent service. Very well run, maybe too much going on at the same time. Great Venue for functions.
Stopped off in Trim for a coffee on Sunday 29th April and called in to Trim Castle Hotel to find there was a carvery being served in the restaurant. I ordered the lamb which was cooked to perfection and very reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and accommodating, we'll worth a visit .
Our room was overlooking Trim Castle. The view was amazing. Even without the great placement, the room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and even helped me mail a letter. The breakfast was included in the price of our stay and was delicious, including everything from cereals and milk to fresh fruit, and even poached eggs and ham.

Clean and comfortable, but far away from city centre, need 10 minute walk to tram
Facilities: Complete and convenient, the hotel is very environmentally friendly Sanitation: Clean and tidy, very comfortable Service: Not bad, very close to Phoenix Park, easy to get to Phoenix Park to see 🦌
Very comfortable room and bed with very good quality pillows and duvet!
Still pretty good. Breakfast was very good.
Stay here! Every staff member goes beyond. They gave us an early check in on our arrival and even packed our breakfast to go when we left. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hop on , hop bud close by with the City Centre just a 15 to 20 min walk. You don’t have to stay in Dublin Centre, consider this hidden gem!
Good service, friendly people and good food

The room is not big, but clean. The window can be opened for ventilation. It is not far from the train station, airport bus station and Phoenix Park.
Conveniently located near the train station and park. Great for a solo traveller.
Cute and quiet hotel outside of the city center. The room was clean and the staff is very friendly.
Really Good Hotel, the Room was Quite and big. The Recepcionsits were really Friendly. They Clean the Room everyday. The Location is Great, really close from the Train Station and the Phoenix Park.
Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. There were several great pubs just round the corner and a nice cafe for breakfast. We walked everywhere but there were buses and trams nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
Easy to find food near the hotel, the shape of the room is a bit strange that both people cant see tv at the same time

Due to the distance I had to travel, I asked if they could store my suitcases the day before my stay. The woman at the reception was very cheerful and friendly, and called a Japanese staff member for me, which I am grateful for. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a wide variety to choose from. It was also great that the main station was very close by.
The hotel is in a great location and offers a rich breakfast. Opposite is the Guinness Brewery, where you can buy tickets to visit. The city center attractions are a 20-minute walk away.
I highly recommend this hotel. Very nice and helpful service. Full culture. Hotel employees treat guests with respect and care about the comfort of their stay. The room standard is very good. Cleanliness without reservations. Well-equipped bathroom with toilet accessories. A hotel worth returning to.
Perfect location, really good breakfast, luggage storage very secure, water dispenser in lobby, room has everything you need.
It was a very pleasant stay. Price-performance ratio was reasonable for August
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Spacious room. Very comfy and clean. Cute Christmas tree at the reception. Quite close to city centre via tram. Would recommend!

Dublin, 268 North Circular Road, Phibsborough (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
My son and I love this hotel. We've just had our 3rd father-son Dublin holiday this year. Everyone working at Charleville Lodge Hotel is warm and friendly. The rooms are fantastic. Big, roomy, warm. Fab food on White Moose Café. A genuine 60 second walk to the Luas. Secure carpark. Great value (for Dublin). My son (8 yrs old) says " I love Charleville Hotel" I do too!
We stayed here for only one night and it was good value. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance from the center. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were pleasant. We enjoyed our short stay.
A welcoming lodging for a solo traveler. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoy my breakfast at the cafe. Great location to Pheonix Park when you want to take it easy in a beautiful park. Restaurants, shops, and grocery store nearby. It is a little further from city centre than I thought. Luckily Dublin has a good public transportation system and can catch the bus...
I’ve never felt so spoiled at a hotel. This place went to the extravagance of providing an additional tap with every sink (like 99% off sinks in the UK and Ireland). I thought the service was good and the staff lovely. One small gripe though: I did have to carry three separate little pics of paper up to my room (with Wi-Fi codes) but it was good exercise for me. I don’t mind walking and carrying things...
Location: Pretty much outside of the city center in the Northern Part, but this made it silent (except the few people who were enjoying their drinks outside) Reception: The lady at the reception was kind and gave us soe information where to find food late at night. Breakfast: We did not ask for breakfast, as we were leaving pretty early. Common Space: Although, we have not used it, looked appealing...

We stayed here in May for two nights. The staff were most accommodating, very professional and extremely nice & friendly. Our room was a little rough around the edges but comfortable and clean. Hotel was extremely convenient to all destinations. Staff was very friendly, rooms were comfortable. Would definitely book again
Minimal selection on tv. Shower cramped because of grab bar. No fridge. No AC. Breakfast was good large selection.
The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay there again
Excellent location- this is definitely the best part about this hotel, easy check in, and early too which is always nice. Breakfast hits the spot, the coffee is good and the food is excellent.
The room size is large among European hotels, and it is cleaned every day, supplies are replaced in a timely manner, and the hygienic condition is good. The surrounding environment is very good. Opposite is a whiskey factory museum built in 1856. The factory chimney has been transformed into an observation tower, which is very unique. Although it is not in a busy area, it only takes ten minutes to...
Nice hotel. Booked a triple room, and the size is considered big. The facilities are pretty new and decent. Got free water which is not common and a nice touch. Location is good in central Dublin, around 3-5 mins walk from the tram and bus stop. Kept the baggage and the hotel without problem. Overall a very good stay

Lovely room, lovely facilities, but no air conditioning in a room for 4 people! Not good enough for a place of this price.
Stayed 1 night at the Skylon hotel . This hotel has been under renovation for some time !! The room I had was small with no aircon ! Only a small fan . The staff was ok . A lot of noise on going with renovations . Accessible to the airport by bus and To the city .
Great price and fantastic location half way between the airport and Dublin CBD. Easy to catch bus line right outside the front of the hotel for easy access to the city. We had a great stay there
I have no complaints about the room or the hotel really in general but the phone in our room was broken so we couldn’t call down to the main desk when their were drunks in the hall at 3am.
Hotel environment is nice, have buses to city centre and staff are nice

I booked this hotel because I was planning a day trip to the Giant's Causeway and saw the early morning meeting point was right next to it. Great hotel for a great stay in Dublin Lovely hotel for a stay in Dublin, has everything you need and staff are so kind and helpful
Lovely adventure! We had a great stay. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. Breakfast buffet had tons of choices! Staff is super friendly here. What a lovely start to our Ireland vacation!
We stayed here for the location, mainly because it's right next to Hugh Lane gallery, where the tour to the Cliffs of Moher was. And if you take a short walk, you'll be right at O'Connell street, the main street in Dublin. One negative is their takeaway breakfast was not worth the €15 they charged. If you go on the early tours, then I suggest you get your own snacks before going.
As someone who is light- and audiosensitive at night, I had no trouble sleeping. I was quite worried about this as it's next to two main roads with frequent bus stops and a red light. Our rooms were always immaculately made when requested with the labels. We had a great time!
Great hotel to stay in and friendly staff. Not far away from central either

Staff is great and so friendly. Breakfast was ok but very repetitive. Room was very small- hard to open the suitcase. Area around the hotel was ok.
Property is in an excellent location! The room was a bit stuffy and you couldn’t get a window open for fresh air. Most people were leaving their doors open for air circulation. Was a bit smelly in the hallways.
If you want your room cleaned, you have to let us know. We let them know on the first day, and everything except the floor was cleaned. The breakfast was very good; it's a buffet and everything was delicious. They don't let you into your room until 3 p.m. If you want to get in before then, you have to pay 30 euros. There are bus stops nearby.
Breakfast was amazing. Coffee was incredible. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Great location. Would recommend staying.

The location offers easy accessibility to many places of visit, often just by walking there. Staff are very helpful and generally responsive. Breakfast spread is generous, including hot food which is much appreciated in the morning.
Great hotel in Dublin, the breakfast is also good.
It's very bad. I was still sleeping in the morning and someone just opened the door and came in. Then I will be awakened by the decoration every day.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Only 'complaint' would be poor guy in reception was running back and forth to the bar and reception on his own at check in. He did a great job and was very helpful.
Outdated and dirty but perfect location to get around major places in Dublin.
The building is so old, but everything is clean!
Very convenient location for airport coach stop at Upper O'Connell Street.
It’s a small hotel and it’s fine. Outdated room with no views but it’s clean bedsheet. It doesn’t worth the money if you pay over $70 USD for this hotel.
Very clean room and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, however it was possible to feel the junction between the two single beds. The room was in the basement level, the corridor have a strange smell, bur inside the room was fine. Bathroom is great with and bright.

The hotel was at a good location, and had super markets nearby. The room was good, with a comfortable bed, and the buffet breakfast was also nice as desired. Would recommend this hotel to all who are reading my review.

Was a challenge to find a twin room in Dublin and Point A was the perfect find. A no frills hotel with excellent staff. Was checked in by Chloe, a lovely person with a delightful smile. Other staff were also helpful like Ahmed. Ideally located and walking distance to the heart of town. A very enjoyable stay.
Spent one night here. Short walk from airport buss drop off. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Would stay again. Thank you.
Location wise great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Appreciate the staff who help us with the bags before check in time.
I will give Point A Parnell 10/5 for the location if I can! All Dublin attractions are just within 15 minutes walking distance, highly recommended!
Really Point A hotel is more than just a hotel the cleanliness , amazing staff and amazing location with affordable price. Just amazing really I love and I would recommend everyone to try this hotel
Service in Ireland is almost always with a smile and people in the service sector are immensely helpful, and that is certainly true for this hotel. It is a bit pricey, but if you can afford it, you won’t be disappointed.

Very old-fashioned hotel, but the location is still good. If you like to sleep quietly, you must book carefully. The bells of the Christian church next to it will always ring on time, but this is also the charm of this location.
The front desk customer service was beyond great. Being an older person with so many questions these women were so nice and friendly and helpful!!! Loved it here
Great hotel-bad breakfast The staff was friendly, and the location of the hotel was great! We got upgraded to a nicer room wich was very nice. Everything was clean and ok. But the breakfast was the worst hotelbreakfast I ever had! They didn't have much to offer for breakfast, and that would have been ok as long as the little that they had, was good. But it wasn't. Lovely hotel. Absolute gem of a place. Lovely staff. Clean and well maintained room. Loads of breakfast items to choose from. Would definitely stay again.
Perfect location Great location, very small rooms, no windows, limited space to unpack clothing.
Pleasant stay We had a terrific time in Dublin! The staff at Reception were exceptional (I believe their names were June, Clara, Alaina, and Olivia)! Super friendly, responsive to all of our questions, and even helped us figure out a hot water issue, like a plumber (thanks Alaina!). The room was a bit tired and worn, but clean. Great position. Just far enough out to avoid late night noise but close enough to be part of it. Only gripe was no air conditioning. Room was boiling. Breakfast was very very good.
Staffs were friendly, location is great. As our room is near the lift, the only con would be the ‘slamming’ passage door from lift to rooms that causes quite a loud bang everytime someone opens it. But that’s an easy fix for the hotel. Overall still good hotel.
Excellent service with warm staff hospitily . Staff from desk to house keeping. All very friendly staff. This is amazing.
Great location, bar and service desk staff. The stay was not pleasant, we had construction work on the room above ours starting from 8am until 6pm including Saturday and Sunday. The room is dated, the shower has no water pressure and the sink needs unplugging as the water takes ages to go down. We needed to extend our stay and opted to book another hotel nearby. Great location. Excellent reception service. Friendly and helpful. Aga on reception was lovely and informative and always had a smile for us. Lovely breakfast. Eat as much as you like. Very good choice. Rooms spacious and clean. Only very little issue very heavy fire door on the bathroom!! 🥵
The hotel is in an excellent location. Many shops, pubs, tourist attractions and restaurants are near by. Public transit also makes it easy to get to and from the hotel.
