The room was squeaky clean with everything in working order. It's a small room, so keep that in mind. The location is very conveniently placed as well, and the building itself is modern.

The room was tiny; once I opened my 22-inch suitcase, the aisle was completely blocked. There wasn't even a stool in the room. The bathroom had a good dry/wet separation. Safety felt good. However, there was no service to speak of. I left my towel behind when checking out and called the hotel that same day, only to be told it had been thrown away. The price was also quite high for what you got.

Clean, limited amenities, basic buffet, charged €15 for early checkin at 12pm but website did not clarify it

Location: Great location, with a supermarket and a shopping mall nearby. There's also a bar downstairs where you can grab a beer. However, it's close to the tram tracks, so the rooms facing outwards can be a bit noisy.
Service: The male staff member that night was friendly and very helpful with any issues we had.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are good and quite new. But I was assigned an accessible room, which I heard hadn't been used in a long time, so the toilet had a severe odor. There were no other rooms available that day, so I had to endure the smell all night. The staff sprayed some air freshener, which was a nice gesture (and I appreciate it!), but it didn't really solve the problem. If possible, remember to request *not* to be given an accessible room!

Excellent stay in a modern hotel, close to public transport, walking distance to shopping streets.

Location: As someone on a business trip, location is key, and this hotel's location is perfect. It's right in the heart of Dublin city center, directly across from a large Tesco supermarket. Getting to the airport by taxi only takes twenty minutes.
Facilities: The facilities are excellent and comprehensive, including a bedside stool, coffee, a kettle, tea, a hairdryer, and more.
Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic, and the room lighting is bright.
Service: The service is great. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient with check-ins. There's also a bar downstairs where you can work.

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean.

One thing I have to mentioned since my flight is delayed, the hotel not agree to change and cancel, it’s ok for me, I told them I will check in like very early in the morning, when I arrived the reception seems they don’t know and it takes me 10-15 mins for check in and I was with my child she is very tired at that moment.

They are so strict 11am for check out time if late they gonna charge how much like 20 euro. Omg I checked in at 8:30am in the morning and take a rest , 1 hr and half they need me to leave !!!!!!!! Compare to another hotel I think they must offer you a late check out for the guest won’t be that MEAN !!!!!!!!! I was SO disappointed and I won’t choose this hotel for my next trip in Dublin.

The room size wasn't particularly large, which is to be expected in Europe, so I was prepared for that. However, there were plenty of hooks and storage spaces, so it worked out fine. The bathroom was a reasonable size overall, and I could move around comfortably in the shower. The hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the airport shuttle stop, and there are two large supermarkets nearby. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the city center. Breakfast was basic but they provided hot water, which was a nice touch.

Starbucks much the same as anywhere. Menu for snacks and coffee/drinks as reliable as day to night! Loved the background music; all irish bands and heard U2 song from 80s album War so was delighted!

Friendly staff! Handy meeting point near the Spire for when it rains, so that's pretty much any time that you might want to do that in our wonderful climate! Not sure if this franchise location does Apple Pay, yet? If I find out that it does I'll add an extra star!

been here today, fairly small Starbucks on the corner of oconnel street. there is not place to chill so it's mostly buy and go with your coffee. Probably first coffee place that doesn't have a place to chill. the housing cost bejillion euros for every square micromilimiter so they had to rent something tiny. no opinion on staff. typical Starbucks coffee with extra caffeine that makes you feel sick, even mcdonalds coffee is better and cheaper
18.05.2017 Brendan
Pretty standard Starbucks fair, I stop here almost every morning for a coffee and right before work hours it's never too crazy busy so you can be in and out quick when you need to be.
27.01.2017 Dean
Starbucks is Starbucks. However when I entered the place I had a quick scan to check for seats. There were at least 4/5 free tables. I was 2nd in the queue. By the time I got my coffee all the seats had been taken. It would seem people walk off the street and don't purchase anything but take up a table. A little bit frustrating. Or perhaps I was just unlucky. These things happen.
